The rooms are spacious and clean, there's a bathtub, wifi is stable, the staff are wonderful, it's across the street from the mall, and there's a park with a lake close by - this is probably the best deal in all of Nakhon Ratchasima. I would rate the place 9.5 and not 10 because this resort does not have a swimming pool and they don't serve a free breakfast.

Great location, Very good value for money”
The location is fantastic, the price is fantastic for what you get & the hotel is very clean. It is quiet and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful & polite. WiFi is very fast (> 80mb). It is 30 meter from an entrance of the Mall department store. Overall I would definitely stay in Crystal Resort Korat again if I were to visit Korat. As per usual with an Agoda booking, received excellent value for money

After a new stay I consider Crystal Resort Korat to be my first choice in Korat together with U Place Korat. Both hotels are perfect to me. Perfekt beliggenhet nærmest vegg i vegg med The Mall. Billig. Godt renhold og hyggelig betjening. Ikke frokost men hva skal man med det når det bugner av restauranttilbud i nærheten. Romtype Studio anbefales.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel and it's family oriented ambiance. It's facilities is perfect and safe. The cleanliness is beyond my expectation. The staff are all polite and helpful. The Mall is just less than one minute walk. The kids love the garden and water park in the Mall very much. We will stay again next time we travel to Korat. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Stay in a presidential suite for a night. This hotel is right next to a shopping center. very conveient. Room was really big but need to walk between the 2 toilets as the one with the shower does not have a sink. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Basic room is great. VIP room is weird.”
I stayed in the basic and the vip rooms. The basic room is very good for the money. they even leave 2 towels, 2 soaps, a shampoo, a conditioner, and 2 waters outside your room in a bin every morning. That little touch is very good hospitality. The VIP room has a kitchen and separate living room. but it has a separate bathtub room and the toilet is by the kitchen. I didn't like this. Especially with 2 people in the room. Also the window by my bed didn't lock and it opens to a sheer 6 story drop which is kind of disconcerting to sleep next to, maybe not for everybody but was for me. I would recommend the basic but not the VIP room.

I'd say the furniture/A/C are a little shabby/dusty, and the linen/towels are off-white/yellowish (the latter is easy to fix). Clean overall, though. The mall is right around the corner. Close to everything.

It was an apartment converted to hotel so the room is not new but you get everything you need. It's quite comfortable with basic but clean facility. The price is very cheap so it's really worth all the money you pay. Staffs are friendly. I chose this place to stay with my mom because we wanted to spend a long time at the shopping next to this place and it's really a good choice. If you are looking for a safe, clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay with cheap price, here is the place I really recommend.
