A very clean and comfortable place to stay. I had a great experience staying at D&F Boutique Hotel on 19/10-20/10/20 with my parents. Few sweet things happened. The staffs were so helpful from the first day. I asked the staff to just sent the iron, but he does more than that, thank you for helping me to set up the iron board. Sir, just so you know, I was so exhausted that day, and God sent you to me. And I also had a problem to walk with my heels (wrong size) but then that indian lady at the front counter was so polite, I didn't have to walk to the counter to collect my money, but she came to me instead. Such a good observant. Never received such treatment before from other facilities. I'm impressed. Hope you received a good pay for your service. And to both of you, please keep up the good work. Will choose to stay at this hotel again in the future. I pay less for a service that I don't deserve. Thank you! I made this effort to leave a positive review because of how good these people are in terms of their customer service.

Spacious car parking. Check in and the hotel follow SOP (check temperature). Staff very friendly. From the receptionist to cleaner, always put a smile on face. Get free breakfast. The hotel is very clean. The room, the lobby, the hallway all clean. The service is fast. I call receptionist asking for iron (since there is no iron in the room) so i thought there is an iron room. Then she asked my room number and after 2 minutes there is cleaner send iron with ironboard. No need to give it right after use, the iron can stay in the room until check out which make me easy to use whenever. When i go out at night, and come back to hotel the parking full because there are many people check in (maybe due to water disruption in selangor), the guard show the parking and he didn't leave my mom and me alone at the parking. He wait for us until we go to the hotel building which make us feel safe. I will come back here again for sure and recommend to my friends. Thank you!

I was here because of water shortage in my area due to the flood. The room is spacious with high ceiling (I really appreciate this since I’m claustrophobic). The cleanliness of the room is top notch. Open closet, and secured elevator that required room access card to operate. Ample parking areas (covered and open space). I really enjoy the bed and the pillows a lot. Will come here again just for the sake of enjoying the room. Cons: No mini fridge in the room, that’s all.

Brand new hotel. Everything is brand new. The room is so comfortable. Very good staff. Thanks to the housekeeping staff, he is so nice. The room is provided with complete amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste and comb. I feel so comfortable i have extended to stay from one night to two night. Will repeat again for sure. I've been travelling to Seremban for business matter and this is definitely the best place to relax after whole day of working. And to work as well (because of the high speed internet). It feels so homy and comfortable, and Aeon is just 5 mins drive away so it's easy to grab some food or other stuff. Definitely my fav hotel to stay in for my business trip here

Booked the hotel as it was close to my dinner function. Friendly staff. Only issue I had was that the hotel company car was parked in the handicapped parking lot. It seems that the handicapped parking lot was reserved for the company car. Informed the receptionist when I checked in the hotel in the afternoon, but the car was still parked there after I returned from my dinner. I informed the receptionist that the car should be parked elsewhere. She had to call the manager to get his permission to have the car moved. There is ample parking lots in the hotel so I see no reason for them to reserve the handicapped parking lot for the company car which had a big logo of the hotel.

Great stay at this hotel. It faces away from the streets, so it's not noisy. The room is clean and everything is in good condition. Staff have very good attitude, especially the housekeeper on first floor who always has a smile to greet you. Parking is ample.

Just great value. The room was clean except for the few moulds in the shower room/cubicle. Amenities available were good for the price. Complimentary towels were clean, you get your basic showering products, the hot water works well, aircond was good (no mouldy smell, good temperature control), and ample power outlets with USB ports. Even the Wifi actually works and was fairly fast, which for a hotel at this price range is very rare.

1. Got free breakfast. The variety is average but since it was for free, so worth it. 2. No door for toilet. Quite troublesome cause my baby always crawling into the toilet. I need to put my luggage to block the door. 3. Nice design.
