Really really perfect We are backpacker and we never still in a same place as long as we stay in this hotel Staff amazing Breakfast included, they preapared a little buffet really nice Coffee tea free 24 hours and qualitie Bedroom super clean We took the share bathroom that we shared only with one bedroom very very clean as well And lot of informations (maps and book about malacca ) and nice place around Lots of local people came take a coffe the morning you can exchange with them about the culture tradition Malaysian Honestly everything perfect for a price really reasonable !! Excellent Stay”
The location of the hotel is perfect for those interested in Jonker Walk and its vicinity. Whilst the rooms are a little dated, these are clean and comfortable. Also, it is the friendliness of the staff such as Lawrence and Divina that makes the facility an excellent choice for families to stay. The provision of "around the clock" hot and cold beverages made the experience more special as we have had many moments of having hot drinks with the family when we got back from our "exploration" walks. We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great little hotel, more like a guesthouse. Very helpful staff. Basic but adequate room. Excellent location in the old town right opposite the mosque and temples. Coffee and tea and snacks available all day , in addition to breakfast.

I and my wife stayed here before we got baby and this time we have a baby,we like it so much this hotel cause the location,services,all but for this time a but frustrated cause got burger stall entrence the hotel,burger smell to much..and before this we can lepak with coffee at the entrace table but now we cant lepak anymore..

Very Enjoyable Stay!”
Overall a very nice stay over the night. Ideal location, the entrance to jonker walk is right across the street. Parking was a little hard to find but that's normal for it's strategic location (lol jonker is always packed with cars anyways). Very glad for the service from the staff!! The reception young lady was really friendly and helpful. Props to the free flow coffee-bar/snacks area as well!! It was overall a really nice experience. Definitely worth the price and would recommend.

Not your typical posh hotel but enjoy concierge level service. 2mins walk to Jonker Street. Fabulous tim sum next to the Inn. We were recommended to try the nonya food nearby... it was wonderful... speak to Da Som Inn's Lawrence. We'll be back again n again..

Lovely house with interesting facts about General Cheng Ho and Masjid Kampung Kling”
I booked Da Som Inn last minute with 1 night stay. I checked in quite late. However I met one Uncle. He is very knowledgeable about local history and shared a lot of interesting story with me. I did not expect that General Cheng Ho is a muslim and visited Cheng Ho Cultural Museum to find out more. I also visited Masjid Kampung Kling just opposite Da Som Inn. The mosque is unique with Chinese, Malay and Sumatera design . The location is very strategic with walking distance to a lot of tourist spot. I like the house too. Although it is very long, but it has some design which let the sun 'shine' / lighting. In order to preserve the house they can not do a lot of alternation. This may explain why the toilet are shared. They also ask whether are you a vegetarian before they prepare the breakfast. They also serve unlimited coffee and toast. Thank you Da Som Inn.

Cleanliness - its quite dusty especially each corner of the room where the bed is located. Room 6 which i'm staying this time. TV - Would be nice to have extra HDMI, TV doesn't provide much channel. Traveler usually having Netflix streaming and would be nice to view photo on the TV. Wireless - Tend to disconnect and out of range.
