Well located 5 star hotel, colonial and elegant hotel. Breakfast was outstanding with a unbitable view (Garden and Lake). right in the middle of the lovely Dalat City, definitely, I will back to this amazing hotel.

This hotel is great value for money. It was a welcome respite arriving here from the heat and madness of Saigon. Staff of the hotel were helpful and courteous. We took a standard room and it was pretty comfortable and had enough space. 15 min walk into Dalat city center along a pleasant downhill gradient, however the way back is uphill and you might be better off with a Taxi. The Mecure shares facilities with the Sofitel down the road, and I used the gym there. Also, on the last day there was a free yoga class on the gardens of the Sofitel which I signed up for. The massage facilities at the Mecure is also pretty excellenet value for money. I had a full body massage by a very professional massuese for $20USD - 60mins. Only gripe I had was with the guy at reception one evening, we needed to book land transport to Nha Trang, he made a few "calls" in front of us and then told us there werent any buses left, and our only option was to book a private car for $100USD! We went around into the Sinh Tourist office in Dalat and booked a bus to Nha Trang for $5USD, despite the fact that reception guy said he tried calling this company too. Go figure! Other than that, I'd recommend this hotel as its good value for money, and the service was excellent.

My family had 2 night stay in this French colonial villa compound. We chose this place because it reflects the most symbolic vibe of Dalat, a highland which was discovered and developed by French on the first days. And the place didn't disappoint us at the first sight. Nice smooth check in with welcome tea in an early cool breezy morning. We booked a villa studio and our room in real was bigger than we thought, it has 1 living room, 1 huge bathroom and 1 master bedroom. All of these are inside a 100 something year old villa , located across the restaurant and very close the the pool and gym.  Because the resort is quite close to the city center, it is easy to get there for lunch or dinner. So if you want to be in a hotel which has retro vibe, good location, green, quietness, this is the right place.  The hotel has a very good breakfast with variety of choices from local to western dishes, especially vietnamese beef noodle soup Pho, you can have it here with the excellent quality (I am local vietnamese, trust me) which is rarely found in hotels even the good ones in Vietnam. Regarding to the staffs and service, we actually can't have any negative comments. Very helpful attentive staffs in front-desk as well as in the restaurant. Very friendly hard working electric car drivers (because the villas are located quite remotely from the reception so we need these cars to travel back and forth, even at night, however the service is just available before 10pm as I remember ) So this a really a perfect resort for those who want to experience the old style of dalat and have a wonderful time with family and friends.

This hotel is centrally located at high ground between Xuan Huong Lake and the market. You could see the beautiful lake from your room if you opt for "superior lake view". The sunrise scenary was great. Just few minutes walk from the hotel towards the market, you could find many comfy restaurants and cafes. You would be spoilt of choices for your meals. The hotel service was as expected for 4-stars category. Room was clean, air-con functioning well and the water heater is good. I would recommend this hotel if you are to stay in Dalat City.

The hotel is well located in the city. Easy to walk to the market and the lake. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to queries and problems. Breakfast is mostly local and simple dishes but tasty. However make sure you ask for a room facing away from the city center. It can get noisy especially on the weekends. After a sleepless night, I requested a change of rooms and the staff was most accommodative. Also watch out for the occasionally black-outs. Otherwise I would recommend the quaint hotel for your stay in Dalat!

I have to say Tulip Hotel 3 is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Dalat except those 5-stars ones. This is a brand new hotel which located at the center of Dalat on Ba Thang Hai street, one of the main streets of Hoa Binh area where you can walk just about 5 mins to Dalat night market. The staffs were very friendly and helpful especially one middle-age woman who was very very kind as we arrived at 3:30 in the morning and she offered us a basement room for changing our clothes and resting. The room was very clean and nice as we stayed in a twin double-bed. Towels are provided and the shower was really nice with high pressure and hot water. The room also has a lovely backyard whose walls looked very vintage and was a good place for some photoshooting too. However, the wall is not very well proofed so we woke up many times as people walked in their room and we felt like they walked in ours. Furthermore, the elevator is just next to our room so it was very noisy.

Well located outside the busy street at Dalat city center. Short walking distance to city center. Very good size rooms. Comfortable bed but pillow a little bit too soft.

The hotel is in great location, near the Dalat City Center and Dalat Market (for those who loves shopping). The breakfast was good too. The staff are very helpful and the receptionist can also speak good english which is good as it is very few who can speak the language well. The room is spacious enough. Worth the price. The swimming pool was not available though at the time we checked in to the hotel...

All the staff here are superbly friendly, I told one of the staff that I dont know how to use the safe box and the next day, all the staff knows about it which they always check with me when I am free to let them in to help out. The only bad side is the noise from the road (driver here uses honk very often). In the same time, the hotel is located in Dalat city which is very convenient.

The hotel is located at heart of Dalat city near Dalat market. Room is clean and good facility. Staff are friendly and help us for information. If you don't have a tour or bus ticket, don't worry staff will book them for you with minimal surcharge. Overall, I will come back the hotel agian.

This hotel is an excellent option for the price. Large, comfortable room, all the facilities I'd ever require on vacation, nice restaurant, above-average breakfast buffet (which is free), working wifi, computers for customers use in the lobby...pretty fantastic Staff was helpful, friendly...a couple of times room service/housekeeping didn't answer the phone, which wasn't most professional, but a quick call to the front desk fixed that Location is excellent - other hotels advertise their central location as a benefit...however, this hotel's location is close to most other things as well as the city center. There's a nice street full of restaurants 2 minutes away..., it's 5min away from the city center/lake/market...yeah, I love the location All in all, whenever I return to Dalat (soon, I hope), this is the place I'm gonna be booking Thanks for a great stay, River Prince!

Tulip II is a great hotel! We have been all over Thailand and Vietnam and can honestly say it was one of the best places we stayed at that price point. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The facilities are clean and could not be more centrally located. It was a 3 minute walk to the market and night market. The only negative point is that breakfast is not included, but I think this is typical of hotels in Dalat to not include it. I stayed here with my husband and two kids and would recommend it to anyone.

I was planning to go to Dalat with another 2 friends (a guy and a girl). Thats why i was looking for a suite with seperate living room and bedroom areas. Sammy's deluxe suite offers a very nice roomy bathroom (with bathstub and stand). Its living room also has complementary drinks and teabag. The hotel locates very closed to downtown Dalat and Con Ga Church. It took only 7 minhtes to walk to Dalat market. The staffs are very nice. We asked for an extra bed and they charged only 17 dollars for it ( fairly cheap price in my opinion). In general im very pleased with thus hotel during my stay.

We was there in early December 2015, only one night after finish the early morning trip from Ho Chi Minh city. It very close to the Dalat bus station. In the previous day, I called reception and told them we will be there at 4-5 AM. My first impressive is that hotel look very news, modern furniture, nice design and high standard facilities. The reception man open the glass door quickly when we came. After several minutes, we went to the room.. wow, nice and warm looking feel like you are standing on North pole, out side is 12 Celsius and they opened the balcony wide.. very cold. I have to tuned on the hair drier to warm it up. I recognized the room is not 100% sound proof :D Bed is large, cleanliness, comfortable, balcony view very beautiful. Water is very cold, you have to turn on hot 100% for several minutes. On the morning, we rent a Yamaha Nouvo bike from the hotel, they call a agency near the hotel but the bike quality is very cheap, not recommended. One of the advantage of this hotel is buffet breakfast, not only various of choices but also good skill chief, both Western and Eastern food. The staff is helpful and nice, but I feel they so carefully so that they not so quickly enough to have my 1+. In conclusion, the hotel is very peaceful, comfortable, worth the price. It is good for couples, family with old man to relax in Dalat.

The rooms are large, clean and well maintained. There are very few hotels in DaLat with ac, the Iris is no exception. We had a fan. The breakfast was good - nice variety, helpful reception and an easy walk to the town center.

Great spot to walk around the city! It’s better if Hotel can offer a fan because Dalat nowadays is quite hot if you close the window. Staffs are friendly and please tell the guests that they shouldn’t open the window by a lots of mosquito .

Osaka has always been my prefer choice to stay in Dalat. This is my second time staying here and it could be my third time of next trip. Opening the door is the view of mountain and Dalat city which is a plus of this place. That is all I love about this place. My room was very far from reception by walking down to almost the end. But no worry, the taxi could pick me up directly from my room by just informing the receptionist about the ride. Great stay!

Love it. Apparently an old one, lots of old customer so we were lucky because they don't usually post rooms on agoda. Professional, actually put us in the room like in the picture, unlike many other hotels in Vietnam. There is an absolutely huge courtyard so hcm expat with a car can drive it there for summer retreat and won't have to worry about parking. The location might not be the tourist center, but is actually the center of the city, so lots of locally famous restaurants nearby. Dalat was simply beautiful, would recommend.

Great Stay, i will pick Ngoc Phat Dalat Hotel again. Breakfast was pretty alright, with different varieties each day. If you able to walk to Dalat Centre, that's be like 10 mins of walk, or you can just take the Taxi, but be cautious of the fake taxi there. It's would be better if you have a local with you. There many things to do in Dalat so plan like at least 3 days. You can go to Langbiang, Valley of Love, Bao Dai Palace, Dalat Night Market, etc or simply rent bicycle whole day & cycle around the city to explore the area. For shopping in The night market, always bargain, if not happy with the price, just walk away, they will call you back & give you lower or better price.

Pros: The hotel is clean and well decorated. Staffs are friendly and attentive. The first night when I arrived Dalat, it was raining and cold. I was craving for a hot drink but there was only instant coffee available in the room. So I asked the reception for a hot cup of soya milk. They brought me my drink within a few minutes, and it was free of charge. Such a nice gesture. Cons: The hotel is not far away from Night Market and Xuan Huong lake, but location is little bit off street. Well hey, if you do not mind, I think there is no problem with taking a taxi. And FYI, Standard Room is on the lower floor. It would be nicer if they provide guest a pair of slippers because the floor is cold. Even though the room was a bit cold, they provided a very comfy bed and super warm blanket and also a mosquito net for extra protection at night. P.s. I’d definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Dalat, but perhaps I’d prefer a Superior Room on the higher floor with a balcony.

We booked 3 rooms with windows views but the hotel were not able to put us all on the same floor. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay. The view from the window is good. But people in Dalat starts their day very early so it can be a little noisy in the morning from the traffic but it didn't bother us as we think it part of the charms of Dalat. There's no restaurant in the hotel but getting food isn't a problem as there are many good eateries around the hotel. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Communication wasn't a problem.

Awesome service, the best hotel at this price! I would highly recommend for all of my friends if they have a chance to visit Dalat city.

The hotel is on the quieter side of dalat but around 200m walk to the hustle and bustle of dalat city center. So near the lake so i like going out the the hotel and just look at all that open space. The room was huge for the 3 of us. The comfort room is clean for my standards. They don't have an aircon since it's cool all the time

We booked this place after my friend introduced it to me about the secret tour they were offering. And indeed, we had the best times at the secret tour. Really had great insights of the local culture living with no touristy stops which was what we really like. Room is clean, spotless. Hot water was good which is very important given the cold temp in dalat. However hot water will be switched off during the night after 12am till morning. It was insane to shower without hot water as it was super cold!!! We had to preempt the staff the following morning that we will need hot water at 6am cos we were leaving early. The staff gladly obliged so it was all good. One thing to note is that guesthouse in Vietnam seemed to have a curfew time and pink house villa has 11pm curfew. Breakfast was simple affair - baguette and coffee to choose. I will come back to stay definitely if I am back in dalat. And if you ever stay here, go for the secret tour! Mr rot( the tourguide ) will bring you for a secret dinner even!!

i arrived dalat late in the afternoon after almost 10hours of bis travel fromsaigon.when i rwached the hotel i immediately noticed that it was located with a greay view of the ale just opppsite where it was located.it has a old european style and decoration, i was at the 1st level of the hotel(only two floors), the room was bigand spacious with an old asian european style and decortion,it was clean,bathroom was big and clean, with a separte shower room.the only thing that i believed they need to impirove was the hotel aintenance,when i used the flush was not working properly and 2 ligth were busted,i reporeted to the receptionist and they immediately fixed the problem. if you want to make up theroom mke sure you will do it before 12noon because make-up services was not 24hiurs.i believed that water heater must be available at the rooms,since the cold weather of dalat mkes you have a hot coffe and noodles,but they werefriendlu to givee me hot wqter evertime i asked them.during my check out the receptionist named hoańg anh was very helpful, because i was short of vnd for my travel back to saigon but he gave me an extra vnd tellonh me iys okei necause i have no tome to go to the ank sinve iys early morning.he was reallu awesome, and sure i will be back in this hotel.

We read the reviews on this hotel and booked in for two nights. Most reviews were very good and I have to say that Dreams Hotel at 140 Phan Dinh Phung is very good. (There are several hotels in Dalat City Centre with similar names) The included breakfast was excellent and better than most, and the hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful.The room was clean with bathroom facilities OK. Location is fairly central in a street which is not too busy. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. Overall the accommodation was a good choice for us while not being too expensive. Things to do:Crazy House, Tourist railway to Pagoda, Bicycle Up Cafe for a good coffee.

The hotel room was clean and the staff was very helpful. It was located centrally and it was easy to get around the city center. The rooms were clean. I would return to stay here.

For the location have a bit far walk to Dalat city. They will close the light after 8pm the environment will very dark. But they have good service when we reach over there at 5am, they still open the door for us & give us stay at lounge take a rest. That time the temperature only 13•c.

Book 3 rooms and stay for 3 days. Room is clean and room size is comfortable. Room will be cleaned every day. The most thing I like is, each bed they provide 4+1 pillows and mattress is comfortable.The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly and we have no communication problem as they understand English and one staff understand Chinese. They help us to book for Dalat Tour on 2nd and 3rd day. The hotel provide variety of tour in reasonable price, either in private tour or join group tour. Please spend a little time to read their tour menu book which they keep in each room. We are to rush to go out for dinner, therefore we did not notice it until we have made booking with Sinh Tourist on our 1st day. Hotel location is fantastic. After a tiring journey from Nha Trang, just cross a road, Lien Hoa Bakery is right opposite the hotel. 3 minutes walking distant to Dalat Night Market , it is super convenient. Breakfast taste good . We truly enjoy our stay in this hotel
