Nice hotel, within walking distance to night market. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet is limited but it's good enough for me.

Clean and economical hotel. It's a pity that I paid twice the usual rate for going on the Lunar New Year holiday. If it is a normal rate, it seems appropriate. I am generally satisfied, but I think the location is a bit far from the city center, so it is inconvenient to walk and difficult to get in a car.

Too expensive, very noisy and low quality service”
It's a brand new hotel, so we tried it out. Huge mistake. We paid around 40 USD a night which is quite a bit of money in Vietnam. The room was low quality furniture. The windows are single glass and you can hear everything that's happening on the streets. The quality of the walls and doors are horrible. You can hear every noise on the hall. The beds are rock hard. Which is common in Vietnam, but this hotel is in a spot very suitable for tourists. I expected better. The lighting in the room is horrible. No soft lights, but hard on your eyes. Not comfortable at all. The first day the staff entered our room without knocking. Never ever had this experience before. The lady quickly closed the door. We had to teach her and the staff that you can't show this kind of behavior. Our room didn't get cleaned the first day and had to ask for new towels. Breakfast very average. Sorry, but if you start a brand new hotel and this is what you deliver.. It's not paradise at all. It should be 50% cheaper price per night for what you get.

Nice hotel but very hard bed”
This hotel was nicely located and the staff were very helpful. The first night we found the bed extremely hard, and the next day they added an extra quilt under the sheets, which made it much better. The breakfast was reasonable, mainly Asian with an egg making station

Missing some utilities”
The hotel doesnt have air conditioning. Also very noisy and the glass doesnt hold the noise from the outside to get in to your room. Cant sleep at all. The water always come out from the place you take bat and it is all over the floor in the restroom. Very inconvenient. Staffs are helpful and nice. Service is good. But the room itself doesnt meet the expectation.

Hotel is quite nearby the city center. All facilities are new and clean. Staffs are friendly and actively support for early check in. My family fully enjoyed staying when walking down to Dalat market not so far, and really love this cool weather with hot tea/ coffees. Will be back.

Staff were friendly, room was clean, and the location was ok. Breakfast was poor for a westerner, the beds super hard and we could hear banging doors, the lifts and our neighbours all night.

I knew I booked the basement when I booked, but it is hot with no AC and being next to the laundry the staff start early and Vietnamese can't talk quietly :) The room was good very modern, no hot water on the 1st night but got better on day 2 & 3 had to put a towel over the glass front fridge as the light lights up the whole room all night. Breakfast good all in all good clean hotel just pick a room above ground.
