Home away from Home”
I stayed with the guys for several times and I would highly recommend this place to every low budget traveller. With no doubt there isn't any better low budget hotel in Da Lat which would compare to Xua va Nay.

Such a nice one star hotel!”
The hotel is nice and over my expectation with this cheap price. The receptionist is very kind and helpful even when I borrowed her helmet for whole day. They gave me a super big room with 2 beds for a family because I asked for a room with window. I love that room :) The distance from hotel to the center market and Xuan Huong lake is not quite far and they have a coffee shop on the ground floor named "Phuot Dalat Café" with beautiful decoration.

Convenient place & Very pure and kind persons ”
Via agoda price sorting low to high, this hotel is found. I didn't want much with this low price, but the convenience was not cheap(?^^) as the price. The front desk is beautifully decorated by hand printing & wood working by the owner who studied drawing as well loves backpacking. It was the very best place for me who traving long time in burget. I strongly recomend this hotel for all the visitors to Dalat.

STRANGE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER TRIED ”
This is NOT a complain but enjoyed, I booked Hotel Xua va Nay but when I arrived with Agoda booking in hand, the hotel boss/receiptionist even didn't know if they had the booking from Agoda ...and they just said to me the room is full ... my face looked so weird I think ... then the hotel boss drive me to another hotel where is quite far from there then I stayed that hotel ... so I have no idea how was I stayed in Xua va Nay hotel, luckily the next hotel was pleasant where I stayed

No-frill, budget stay at a convenient location”
To be fair, I didn't book the hotel for a night stay but just to accommodate our luggages for the day and a place to shower before we leave Dalat on the night bus. Wasn't used to the old looking room which wasn't very clean for a start - when it comes to their furniture and light fittings. However, the bed was alright and there was fresh towels. Water heating was inconsistent. For a really decent price, you do get a feel of old Dalat house and a very convenient location,.. Walking distance to most shops and the night market, Highly recommended if you are on a budget.

Exceptional”
Excellent value for money if you get the quadruple room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the staff even went with us to the police and the market to help us return an item we bought from a lying seller and get our money back. Thanks a lot to the hotel staff! Also the location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the lake and the central market. There is a barber shop on the same street and we found a bus to Nha Trang there as well.

Get a high room facing the back or dont bother. ”
The price was right, but not worth staying because it was incredibly loud with hammers in the morning and night from the workshops out front. Also the cafe downstairs rocks the music loud! get a room in back and on a high floor. Maybe that would be perfect but I had to leave. There are so many hotels in dalat under 10 bucks i would just show up and not book online.

Nice place but... ”
Hotel was nice, clean, and had hot water....definitely a steal at the price. My room was upgraded from a small windowless one to a large one with French Windows overlooking the quiet back alley. Two complaints, though, we're that the night porter was really hard to wake up when coming or going after midnight, and during a fairly mild storm all the vacant rooms Windows or doors would slam open and closed all night, causing terrible noise.

Okay for the price”
The rooms are a bit shabby, quite small and not very clean. But for this price it was to be expected. There is a café on the ground floor, that serves very good coffee for cheap prices and has a nice atmosphere.

Great Location, Clean rooms and friendly staff”
Stayed only one night here in Da Lat and we thought the hotel was great. Clean bathroom, hot water, clean beds - couldnt ask for more. Brilliant value for money and away from the backpacker hostels

Good location, Nice staff but uncomfortable”
Location and staff are good. Bike rental is cheap but out side very noisy that we woke up few times when we were sleep. The mattresses in this hotel are very uncomfortable , I think It s too old com with very low quality. My back and neck are tired when wake up. I think the hotel should change all of matresses

Hotel offers less than I thought, very mean with supplies eg no shampoo, and had to ask for more toilet paper. Bath was not cleaned and all additional towels for extra people removed staff was friendly and helpful with advice and even invited me to join them for dinner on my last night when I was waiting for the bus

I stayed in room 201 and it was so noisy outside from 4am till the end of the day ( there is an alley behind the hostel. No hot water, and the mattress was hurt my back so much. Anyway, it suits for the price ...

Decent and cheap”
We had top floor, no lift. A little run down, but spacious with large windows. Cheap sheets, good shower, tiny television, nice coffee shop on main floor. Great value.

should not book this hotel”
I booked 3 nights but have to checkout 1 day soon because there are some not good reasons: - My room is not match to uploaded photos that they showed on agoda. It's dirty, noisy, and especially a shower room. It's a temporary building with 2 aluminum shield and have a space in top. There's stain and wet on ceiling at the right corner from the shower room side. - It has a coffee shop downstair so noisy will come in your room. - They forgot to turn on a water heater sometime - Do not see any smile of host :) - They make me feel that using agoda service will be treated badly than other service.

This place is across the river bit close enough to walk to market and eats. Alhough the best phos n banh mis can be found scattered around it. Cheap and good value for money. No lift tho.
