Exceptional Hospitality by the Medina Squad”
An absolute stellar experience we stayed here during our time in Saudi Arabia last week. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the staff even though it was early in the morning with Check in Time at 4:00pm and accommodated right away. The staff was extremely friendly specially Mezan at the Front Desk. As the rooms had not checked out yet we were not able to get an accessible room in the morning. I received a call from the duty manager in the afternoon as I had asked for a change of room to accommodate our needs. My experience from that point was no less than exceptional as I had the pleasure of meeting the GM Hassan who upgraded us to the executive floor to better assist us with the accessibility needs of my parents. I was greeted by the executive floor supervisor Usman who made the whole process seeming-less with his attention to detail. The restaurant server Haji was excellent as well as he accommodated us by sending our meals to the room. The breakfast was on point with a great selection and timely à la carte meals. We were in close proximity to Haram and that made the entire experience everlasting for my parents. The second day we were greeted in the lobby by Samir Asst. GM at the hotel with such a warm personality and his willingness to assist staff during the high traffic hours. The highly motivated staff is a true reflection of the leadership of both Hassan and Samir. They both were providing support to the staff at the front lines during the busy periods. We were hesitant at first to travel during these times due to Covid-19 protocols put in place by different countries however our stay got started by this amazing experience not possible without the cohesiveness of the entire team. We had to a wait a little bit at Check-out as they hotel had a lot of guest check in and check out at the same time. However, the entire experience overpowered the slight hiccup at the end. Very happy customer”
I stayed 4 night with family. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We were taken to a very nice rest area immediately after arriving, while the hotel staff did the paper work, we were provided with complementary snacks and drinks. A flower bouquet was presented to my mother by hostess. This was the first time any hotel welcomed a guests like this. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, all our requests were fulfilled immediately. Room was slightly small for three people with three beds but was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was a table and couple of chairs, we had difficulty eating dinner in the room since there was no table to put the food, plates, drinks, etc. The breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty of choices. Also, I wish they put a clock in the room so we don't have to keep looking at our phones for prayer time. Grand mosque was only 5 min walk. We enjoyed our stay and attended all the prayers at grand mosque.

Super Friendly Staff and Excellent Service”
First of all I would like to thank all the staff members in the Hotel for lovely service in such a busy period. The Check-in was smooth and Mr.Abdullah at reception was wonderful. After Check-in we were taken to welcome drink area for fresh juice and light snacks. The bellboy took care of the luggage and it was in the room by the time we got there. Room was super clean and linen were fresh.. the buffet breakfast next day was great with different varieties and choices of fresh fruits. Later next day we got a call from customer service office that they are sending a complementary fruit basket.. I am a regular visitor of Madinah and I can confirm that the service and quality of this hotel is almost at the level of 5 star... In the end special thanks to security guard and bellboy for helping me with the wheelchair every time I entered the hotel. Overall 5/5

We stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was perfect. The location is great just a few steps from Haram. Room is bigger and clean. We were upgraded to a suite unit. Breakfast was good and there were o many choices from Egyptian, middle east food and asian foods Nothing to complain.except there was a door lock problem in one of the room in our suite. The first technician came and tried to repair and failed. The next technician came and solved it.However, the time taking to repair has slightly affected our resting time. Overall, we are happy.Looking forward to stay here again this winter trip

Great service, great location & great food!”
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at DT, excellent location for sisters as the haram entrance for them is only a few mins walk, and not far either for men. Rooms were clean/spacious, b/fast was excellent with a very good variety of foods (and fresh eggs/omelettes!). Staff were very helpful, never said "no" or "we can't do that" to any requests we made. Definitely would go back again insha'Allah on next visit.

Best place to stay in Madinah”
In short this is the best hotel in Madinah. The managment is very supportive, specially Mr. Habib the executive floor manager. Mr. Imran the executive floor duty manager. Fantastic hotel”
One of the best breakfasts in medina. Staff excellent. Room very good. Very comfortable bed, quilt and pillows. Powerful shower. Includes arabic coffee daily and fruit in your room on 1st day. We have stayed in lots of different hotels in medina but this is very good. Will definently stay again. So close for ladies entrance gate 338.

Great hospitality and location ”
We chose the executive rooms. Location is fantastic - 30 second walk to masjid, particularly for women as this is the nearest gate. Amazing hospitality - we were given a welcome with complimentary dates, zamzam water and fruit. Room was spotless and comfortable. Excellent breakfast indeed. Overall a brilliant stay and allowed us to focus on our spiritual time in Madinah. Thank you to the team.

It was the best hotel i been yo in my life the location is excellent just walking distance from haram there service is just awesome when we checked in we got complementary hi-tea and then complementary fruit basket and daily complementary arabic coffee other then that breakfast is just awesome they had different veriaty everyday and it was awesome about the staff they helped in everything they cleaned room daily perfectly and even called in room to ask about comments and complaints i will always stay here when i visit medina

pros-- very courteous staff. service is just awesome. got complimentary high tea during checked in and then complimentary fruit basket in the room. breakfast was also good quality. Also very near to gate 25 for women prayer area. cons.. twin bedroom is smaller than what is in the picture but still comfort for 2 adult and 1 child.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed ever. Check in was fast. After check in, the receptionist brought us to a lounge for welcome drink and buffet spread. Room was big. Everyone from Receptionist, Bellboy, Housekeeping, Guest Relation, F&B staff were all friendly and nice. Breakfast was excellent and I would rate it 10/10. Hotel is near Ladies Gate 26. No complaints about this hotel. Will definitely stay again and recommend to all my friends and relatives.

Excellent choice for any kind of traveler ”
We spent a memorable 5 nights at that hotel. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is few steps from Al Haram. The rooms are spotless and food was great. I'd like to thank all the staff for their help and for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. I lost my wallet in the first day and before I even knew it was delivered to me thanks to the house keeping personnel.

Exceptional”
Stayed on an executive floor. The room was very well equipped with coffee machine, kettle and Immaculate. I also had a fruit bowl and a Dail supply of arabic coffee which was great. Staff were very attentive. Had room service and food was tasty(especially the mixed grill). Location is ideal. You can walk to the prophet's mosque. Hotel has its own parking. There also a long term car park about 500 m away.

I book for executive rooms, during the check in, the process was so easy. we arrived hotel at 12.30 PM and staff let us to get the key room and enjoy earlier. especially for staff mr baharuddin, he was so helpful. this hotel is near by indo restaurant, grapari madinah just walk 3 minutes and near by gate 25 in which it is easy for ladies to get in nabawi. i will recommend this hotel for all of you and also i will be back soon insya allah
