Everyone, Damina boutique hotel is the best cost-effectiveness. The room is new and spacious. The price of the mini bar is the same as the convenience store, so I used it well. If breakfast is included, Banmi or sandwiches and coffee or tea are received. The staff was kind and always smiled. There is also a half-outdoor swimming pool. Bathroom water is lukewarm, but many things are great hotels. You can see the sea if you walk on the road right next to the hotel for a minute. I always saw the sea after breakfast. Phuong trang futa bus terminal takes less than 5 minutes on foot. The fairy stream is a minute's walk. You can enjoy it for enough time before the jeep tour. The nearest restaurant is a local price, so it's not burdensome. There's no need to be ripped off. If you're looking for a cost-effective hotel, it's definitely here! I will definitely come here again next time.

Great place to stay in Mui Ne”
This hotel is really well run, clean, has friendly staff and nice rooms and dining area. Breakfast was good and the rooms were cleaned daily + water/tea bags replaced. It is around a 10 minute walk to the food court and other restaurants, and right next to the fairy stream and a bus office. The pool was a little chilly when we stayed but we were the only ones at the hotel so the heating may have been turned off to save money. We had a small issue with a couple of cockroaches in the room but we were in the room next to the balcony terrace so it is to be expected sometimes in SE Asia. The hotel provided us with bug spray and kept the room as clean as possible so I don’t hold it against them.

The room is spacious with great air conditional. The bed is comfortable and also the bathroom is spacious too. The TV channel is very limited and mostly is vietnamese language channel. There are 2 receptionists. 1 is working in the day who is a lady and the other 1 who is a guy and he is working at night. There is a case which is after we went for the sunset tour, we were back to the hotel and use the toilet and we realised the water in the basin cannot be cleared from the basin, so we requested help from the receptionist who is the guy working at night. Then, we went for dinner. When we are back after having dinner, the receptionist, who cannot speak English, keep pointing at us that we damaged the basin stopper by using the sea shells and we were shocked as we didn't even go to the beach that day as we went for the sunset tour only. The next day, early in the morning we went to talk to the lay who knows how to speak English and she understood our situation and mentioned probably is the previous customers damaged it. She didn't put blame on us and didn't tell us to pay so we are relieved. Overall, we are happy with the staycation as the bed and everything is good except the difficulties in communicating with the guy receptionist and limited TV channels, the rest we are happy with it. The breakfast is good too.

Great breakfast and value for money”
Beds were comfy and very reasonable price, superior sea view room but when we looked out of the window there were fire escape chairs in the way and a roof and some tanks from the other window so not much of a sea view. The seating area by the pool was great a lovely light airy place to have breakfast which was really good and loads to chose from! Quite a bit further down from the main bars and restaurants but we had a bike so this didn’t matter to us, great location for the fairy springs. Staff were lovely and really helpful I emailed to let them know we would be arriving a day later due to our motorbike issues but would be happy to pay for the night we missed. They kindly moved our 2 night stay forward with no extra charge! I would come back again

The facilities so good. All furnitures are totally new. We visit in the Covid time, but the staff help me much. They moved us for another wider room for free (no more money). All staff so friendly and nice. They provided breakfast well, but its quite few with us ^^ Anyway, we will comeback there

Hotel looks nice. room was cleaned daily but didn't change automatically bad sheets when you see easy it's contaminated with blood I was need to ask on reception to change it. Also stuff don't well understood English. breakfast which is promoted on Agoda and have review wasn't tru every day we got fried eggs with bread wasn't satisfied with options of breakfast.

Would find another place”
I travel by bicycle and although there was adequate safe spaces inside out of the way of all guests the guy at the front desk FREAKED OUT that I was on bicycle and wanted to bring it in. Got into a yelling match. How unreal..every other hotel in Vietnam allowed me to park the bike inside out of the way, no problem. It was more the way I was treated is why I would never return!

Ok for a night”
This is definitely not a boutique hotel. It's not bad though. But it's much better on pics than on reality. Cleanliness is questionable. Not bad, but lots of hair in the room. Water is hot. Bed is comfortable. Bedding is ok with some stains, not critical. Outside noise is well blocked. But inside noise can be disturbing if some noisy group stays there. The voices from the breakfast area are very well heard throughout all hotel. It's not possible to open windows at all due to their weird construction. So no fresh air in the room. And the windows look they were not washed for ages. Breakfast is light. Only omelette with bread and some pieces of fruits. If you sleep until 9am you'll not get bread. Surrounding area is quite ugly. Looks like a garbage dump. It's the far end of road to Mui Ne. There's sea but no beach around, you must rent a scooter or take a taxi to the beach (15 min drive).

Basic rooms were not comfortable”
No openable window, no proper ventilation for the bathroom and poor room design made the stay not so pleasant. Also the basic rooms are crammed below the main building, and have only one window to the isle.
