AC and Refrigerator are not working well”
I booked an Executive room on the 5th floor, room number 505, the AC in the main room is not working well. Also, you must stay one day to get cold water from the refrigerator.

The counter staffs were treating us very badly and have had a delay about 3 -4 hours in providing the room. Their attitude towards the customers booking online were very bad and giving priority to those who are coming at the the counter directly for booking.

The hotel has an easy access to the airport and the commercial facilities in dammam. It has a good value with respect to the different hosting facilities available in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist as much as they can.

Average Hotel that was below expectation. ”
i was traveling for a business trip. had meetings in al khobar. the hotel is average with a small loby area and not so clean common areas. the restaurant upstairs is laways empt. has to eat in as i was not familiar with the area but the grills i ordered were not satisfactory ro my taste. tax traveling in dammam and in saudi as general is a bit tricky as there are no metered taxis. it is totally left to negotiation and as a foriegner, you could be charged 10 tines the fare.

Great location for business requirement. Fantastic atmosphere during eurocup! Extended stay! Accommodation very convenient! Staff very courteous and helpful! Slight problem with room card deactivation! Lobby very spacious and comfortable! Food in restaurant was indeed very pleasant and quite a good variety of choice! Cafe had great snack food, pizza was great! Coffee and tea selection also pleasantly variable choice!

Hotel staff is working well, but hotel itself old”
bathrobe and hair dryer were not in the room, so i have to call the staff to bring them. also i called the maintenace staff to fill the hotwater to bath tab. hotel staff respond quickly and service is good but hotel's eqipment is too old. the view from the restaurant at the top floor is very nice.

it is was ok. but i believe because i had a prepaid reservation, my room was not nice. a lot of the amenities were not in the room like the robe, coffee pot, etc. the furniture was old and chipped and the room was close to the elevator which dinged all the time. it is a smoking hotel. upon entering the lobby, it is filled with cigarette smoke from the men's lounge. the location was not convenient to shopping, stores, etc. transportation was necessary. the front desk assisted me only after assisting the men, even when i was first. typical for the culture, but i did not like it.

very spacious lobby to conduct meetings, while being served refreshments and or coffee and tea! the bar area had great snack foods and screen tv for entertainment during euro cup games! air condition accommodations were more than satisfactory. restaurant at top floor had great food and selection, besides a nice overview of the city! as for the location, accessible to all areas, from downtown to corniche to airport. staff was very courteous and helpfully with any needs!

The lady in the front desk mistakenly booked as in a room which she didn’t registered it in the system. So our room is not indicated in the system it is occupied, so eventually they book other guests in the same room that we have, they violate our privacy when one of the quest tried to sneak in our room. This is unacceptable, it scared us and cause us trauma. They just say sorry for what happen.
