Great Service from Staff”
Their 2 bedroom Villa with private pool was awesome! Adam was helpful at front desk. Then and Do were great with their buggy service. Always prompt and careful drivers. Thu spoke good English and helped us at reception too. Breakfast spread was extensive. Overall a great resort!

Fabulous villas, facilities and service. ”
Thao Le was great. There were some very minor issues with the villa, and not only did she personally come to address and apologise for the issues, she ensured they were fixed immediately. Also was very helpful in giving us a suggested itinerary for Hoi An. Would definitely visit again, if just for the villas, service and facilities.

Luxurious, clean and peaceful resort”
Breakfast was excellent, I recommend you try both hot and cold coffee options. There nearly nobody on the beach, so you can have almost the beach for yourself. Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. The villas were very luxorious. The only negative thing is that there was only a few restaurants in the neighbourhood. However taxi to Na Dang costs only 4-5 euros on way and there are plentiful of taxi which all have reliable taxi meter. On the other the location was nice because there was no city noise and business in the resort.

Gorgeous Villas”
Wonderful Villa awaits. In this sprawling clusters of villas comes with excellent service throughout though some staff may have limited English language proficiency, but at the end of the day, you will enjoy the privacy of your own villa. Staff are always on hand if you need help, they sent a nurse to me when I sprained my ankle and followed up with a fruit platter. The only thing that I think they can do better is to fog the area more as I was bitten by mosquitoes throughout my stay

Excellent stay at Vinpearl! ”
The villas are spacious with each having its own private pool…we stayed in a 2 BR villa and enjoyed the large space and pool as a family with 2 kids. Our kids loved the pancakes & waffles at the breakfast buffet. Overall the spread was ok…we loved the Vietnamese coffee made to order hot or cold both were nice. Their main pool is nice overlooking the sea..we had good fun…the beach is very inviting with long stretch of private beach and waves were nice to enjoy. The staff (Truong) are very kind and helpful. I forgot my sunglasses at the monsoon lounge only to realise it at night while packing…the reception staff was patient, took all details and found my glasses and returned to me next morning..I was so relieved!

Spacious Apartment and Nice Beach”
I stayed in a 3-room apartment with my friends for 3 nights. All rooms are ensuite with all amenities we needed. The apartment is spacious and clean. The greatest facilities in the hotel is its private beach. Water is clean with fine sand. Only few residents swam in the beach, so you can enjoy your private time here.

Excellent Family Resort ”
Vinpearl has perfect location, amazing villas and friendly staffs but needs a lot of improvement with the food especially at the restaurant where the pool is located. Burgers not fit to be eaten. It was terrible.

Very nice stay in this hotel for groups. I have booked 2 nos. of 2-bedroom with private pool. My friends and I are very pleasant for our accomodation. The hotel has cart service to drive point to point. The hotel spa is nice. I love its swimming pool and beaches nearby. I will go to stay again once going to Da Nang. Nothing shops nearby the hotel. But the hotel's facilities are great for guests to have leisure time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If the swimming pool can remove the plants facing to the sea. It will have better view. Enjoyed our stay in this hotel for us. we have totally 8 people. Great facility to bring small children”
We brought our 1 year old child together with grandparents. Since they cannot move around the town, we chose to chill out at the hotel, And we made the perfect choice to stay. Although there are not many choices of restaurant at the hotel, but other facilities are wonderful. We love to come back again.

The photos on the agoda website are not for this property. The villas are nice but there are no utensils, plates, cutlery etc to cook. Most staff speak minimal English. This is not a resort but rather villas with a restaurant and one pool.
