Highly Recommended!!! Stayed here for the second time after 4 months. And will stay here again soon due to the following reasons: 1. People - probably the best asset of this resort. The most friendly and accommodating hotel staff I have visited. Truly making you feel valued in a luxury property. Very hospitable. 2. Room and facilities - well maintained, well appointed rooms, spacious facilities, good for kids (with kids facility), great for elders enjoying quiet time on the beach. Spa is available for free of use (included in room rate) and offers great wellness treatment. 3. Food - wide array of dishes served on breakfast. Can skip dining out to sample Vietnamese cuisines since available during breakfast. 4. Location - ideal for individuals and groups looking for privacy and laid back atmosphere. Accessible from airport and city center. Strategically located at Marble Mountain and closer to Hoi An. 5. Price - Marriott price level but value for money Kudos to the following: Hien, Trung, Nguyen (Nancy), Huy, Ngoc (but all of them are great in customer service)

A marvellous time and looking forward to our return”
Spacious and clean villa with all amenities provided during our 5-night stay. There were 6 adults in the villa and we enjoyed down time in our private pool after daily excursions in and around Da Nang. Customer service was excellent - staff were consistently caring, attentive, polite and friendly. They were available at all times to provide us with what we needed and requested. We appreciated our housekeeper leaving us sweet treats each evening. We also had high tea at the tea room, which was a tasty mix of Vietnamese and continental delights. Location was good and easy to get around (cross the road for Non Nuoc temple!) and also visit central Da Nang and night market without paying a lot for transport. Would highly recommend Vinpearl Luxury Da Nang to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun time with family and friends.

located in one of the best beach in da nang. blue ocean, white sand, cool wind makes it the real feeling of 5 star resort. there are 2 great things about this resort. 1 is hospitality. friendly staff. great service mindset. especially staff in restaurants. 2 is luxury equipments. room is full with everything needed. restaurant is more than beautiful. only not so good thing is food. seafood pizza from room service is bad. food served in restaurants is ok, but not good enough comparing to its price and the level of this resort. above all, great hospitality made our trip special, so thank you vinpearl luxury danang!

Superb Beach Resort Hotel”
first time at vinpearl and loved it. my room was huge and my bed was extremely comfortable. breakfast in the morning was great also. it was my friends birthday and the hotel provided a complimentary birthday cake. the hotel was clean and i give a lot of credit to the house keeping staff. one thing that was lacking was the activities, it may just have been due to the none peak season. the hotel is also quite far from the heart of da nang and so if you are planning to go out to the pubs and clubs each night, i would suggest that location wise, this would not be too great. its not a place that you could decide to take a strole and do some shopping etc. however, if you really want to treat your stay as purely a resort type visit, then the vinpearl is a great place.

A well kept nice resort with excellent staff but..”
We experienced exceptional staff from start to finish, competent and always very friendly. Resort and rooms are fantastic and well worth the money. Breakfast was very nice. On the downside: The European restaurant for dinner. Overpriced and just not nice. Likewise beverages in the restaurants. 10x high street prices for beer and soft drinks and easily 4-5x outside restaurants of a similar standard. Very nice spa area but again overpriced by about factor 2. So not surprisingly, neither the Spa nor the restaurants/bars are frequented much. The location is excellent for beach and Golf but a bit far out from Da Nang and Hoi An and literally nothing to do around the hotel other than the Marble Mountains which are nice. On the upside, they have a shuttle service to Hoi An which is good but needs to be prebooked. Otherwise a taxi ride is required. We had two unhappier moments but the way how staff and management handled them were exemplary. Sometimes things just happen and when a hotel deals with matters that well, they are easily put away. The Vinpearl is en route to being one of the great hotels in Da Nang with little improvements here and there. Would we go again or recommend it? Yes, in particular if you are into Golf and love quiet and beautifully laid out resorts along endless stretches of powdered white natural beach. Look at weather charts for temperatures though :-)
