Pros - good selection of food for breakfast and close to the masjid (less than a 10 minute walk). Friendly staff who are happy to help. Cons - slight uphill work which may not be appropriate for elderly or disabled people. However, there is a shuttle bus from and to the hotel that can easily solve this issue.

Comfy stay with free upgrade”
Our stay at Dar Al Eiman was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting the same poor service from a couple of years ago. But this time the check-in was prompt. The gentleman at the reception was very courteous and upgraded us to a suite considering we had children. The parking was full but someone was leaving and I found a spot luckily. The rooms are in much better shape now after the maintenance and upgrade. Clean carpets and nice simple decor provided a relaxing stay. The breakfast was basic but okay. Maybe that's one area that needs to be given some attention. Other than that, for the price, I'd be staying there every time I visit Makkah, inShaAllah. And I'll be recommending to my friends too!

Great location, perfect to get to and from Haram - 300 meters Staff are very helpful, especially the restaurant Staff. could be better if the buggy service worked, but sometimes you can't have it all.

Helpful staff after a little persuasion. Room ws very clean but the bathroom was extremely small and the shower curtain did not prevent water from spilling out. Also, I had a kettle and 2 tumblers but no water, tea, coffee, sugar or cups which rendered the kettle useless.

Hotel near to haram, but possition in ajyad masafi is high and not good for old people. When I check in 4 rooms, i found my room with the AC is not working. I m tired after umrah and continue till next day, after, i asked to repair, some one coming and said to wait till 3 pm. I dont want to wait, than give me other room at 2nd floor. Before, my room at 6th floor. After, they said me the boy at reception is wrong and ordered me to go to other room at 6th floor. The boy in reception is really not polite since the first i m coming. Every day asking me to come to charge the key when difficult to open the door and didnt want send any body to help. There is breakfast in hotel, and also Lunch and Dinner. But booking through agoda only incpuded breakfast. Not included Lunch and Dinner. If you want Lunch and Dinner you can ask to FB Manager with additional cost.
