Right from the reception to room service staff...all are very courteous and helpful. The place is best being close to Al Haram, taxis and all are close by.

Very close to Haram , less than 8 minutes walking distance from Haram door. If you have children or elderly then add extra 6 minutes for the walking distance. However, this walking distance short trip is very very pleasant and you will get the great rewards for walking to Haram. I enjoyed it so so much especially when I walked it for Fajur prayer. You will never regret! Longer than that then you will require taxi and then the rewards will be less as not walking to masjed according to Sunna. There was no breakfast which is a bonus to save money but there is a fridge so you can buy food from downstairs shops to eat at your convenient time . Also laundrette shop downstairs so you can have your cloths washed same day service with only 5 Saudi Riyal per piece compared to 30 Saudi Riyal per piece in 5 stars hotel. Remember that you have to spend 85% of your time in Haram not in the hotel. Also you need to get a kettle to make coffee which is only 10 Saudi Riyals from the downstairs market

Dar Al Eiman Al Andalus Hotel”
I made a reservation at Dar Al Eiman Al Andalus Hotel; and when I arrived to it; the manager told me that your reservation had changed to Dar Al Eiman Agiad Hotel. It was in an unknown place; and hardly took about 3 hours to reach it. It was on a hill and very difficult to climb it. The room service was very bad; dirty bed sheets; very noisy and hard to took a rest.

Miserable in every way imaginable”
First and foremost, the location is not suitable if you think to settle with accompanying elders. Moreover, the room which I was granted to stay in had this weird phenomena in which every time the tenant who is living above my room flushes the toilet I hear the water flowing along the wall which drove me crazy at night. The staff is rude and beggary and always imply the need for tip! Not to mention the receptionist who I was engaged in a skirmish as I left my room key with them before heading to Al Haram and after I came back for collecting my key I get to notified to leave the room as my booking ceases to be valid knowing that I checked in on the same day this miserable act has happened!!!! I really think this hotel is suitable for those who can't afford to live near Al Haram

I booked this hotel but when I came for check-in they said it's in another branch which is Dar Al Eman Al Sud which was near but on the hill where it was difficult to walk go with kids. Facilities what I paid for were not there so I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel rates are quite expensive as compared to the location and facilities. Bath room was not good. All the water used to accumulate in the middle of bath room which was very disturbing.

A LOOK OF 5 STAR WITH SERVICE OF 2 STAR”
Hi, I have checked in the hotel on Thursday 30th Feb,2020. paid upfront cash for 3 nights. I was surprised to here a lot of NO's from hotel staff. Wifi ?? sorry, there is some trouble we will fix it, it was not fixed till the last day. Room Service : Something you will have to follow up, which makes annoying.

This is my second stay and I was quiet happy about it. Going to Haram takes 5-7 minutes, as it is slightly on a climb it takes some time around 10 mins to reach back. Clean, hot water, no noise issues.

This is not 4 star hotel. 3 star is also better than this hotel. Staffs not available all the time. Only location is good around 800m from haram.

Its not 4 star, other 3 star is better than it. They don’t provide tea/coffee, water, toothpaste, toothbrush in the room. Even don’t have kettle in the room. Only benefits, its location near haram about 800m.

Rubbish not 4 star DO NOT book”
This hotel is not a 4 star although they say they are. Their services were worse than a 3 star. No kettle. No iron. No water / tea services. Rooms are dirty and bath tub is filthy Travelling with a 3yr old meant I had to give her cold milk as no warming facilities and wear creased clothes on my trip back to UK because there is no iron!! Don't book this if u got young children and like cleanliness!

وصلنا الفندق قبل الموعد المحدد وعلى الرغم من وجود غرف فارغة رفض موظف الإستقبال تسليم الغرف لنا قبل الموعد وعرض علينا حجز يوم إضافي إذا أردنا الدخول وكان ذلك قبل الموعد ببضع ساعات
