Best Location, Nice Rooms, Courteous Staff”
Although this hotel's best feature is its location, which is literally at the gate of Haram, it doesn't mean that you don't get value for money otherwise. The staff is very courteous and hospitable. We reached our hotel early, before slated check-in time but they gave us the room anyways and even extended our checkout time to 1400 hrs instead of 1200. The restaurants have a nice ambiance and buffets have large selection of dishes. The only unsatisfactory aspect of our stay was that housekeeping guys didn't replenish our complementary tea stock and water bottles one day. However they sent immediately when I made request at reception. Overall I am truly satisfied by this experience. 10/10

Best Hotel Near Haram”
This is one of the best hotel Near Masjid e Nabawi. It is near to both man and specially women entrance gate 15, 16. Wonderful staff excellent services. Good quality food but variety can be improved. Staff inside restaurant during breakfast and dinner vary caring and helpful, I don't remember all names but Mr Fahad I remember is very nice and helpful guy. Customer services time to time calling to guests for feedback support. We are really thankful to whole staff who made our stay comfortable and thanks to owner for flexible and generous to guests.

I’ve stayed here many times over past 15 years. Excellent location, friendly staff and management. Unlike other neighboring hotels this hotel can accommodate all its guests for breakfast with its multiple dining room extensions, even during hajj season, which is impressive.

This hotel was able to address the many needs of this family. Their service was stellar and very rare during challenging times. We enjoyed our stay immensely and we do not hesitate to recommend this hotel to everyone.The only suggestion for improvement is to upgrade the rooms with pillow top beds and install USB ports for electric devices.

We are family with mother using wheelchair, infants and baby. We chose suite with 2 bedrooms and 1 room with 3 beds that can accommodate all of us. Easy and fast check in and allowed us for late checkout too. Helpful staff Very near to both man and woman entry to Nabawi Mosque. Excellent ambiance and cleanliness

Lift takes some time otherwise everything is perfect. Leads right in front of Gate 329 of Nabawi Mosque.(women entrance) Great specially for people who are looking for close proximity. Food is perfect. Offering a great variety of dishes in buffet.

The stay at the hotel was superb and comfortable. The pillows were super comfortable and we had a very deep sleep. Our selected room wasn’t available but the staff helped us out with a free upgrade :)
