Enjoyed stay. Wish they can control smokers hanging out in front of the door. Elevator gets very busy if one or two groups are there. Wish they had made stairs better with shorter steps and ventilation so stuffiness goes away. overall good place near Harram definitely

As compared to other hotels in the neighbourhood, this seems to be a nice choice. Overall not the best I have lived in. Room size is too small. Breakfast options are limited.

Noisy families”
The kids in the family in the suite were making too much noise until 2am and no one from the hotel staff was asking their parents to control kids. I had to walk out of my room and asked kid to be quite.

Zero Room Service No Coffee, tea and Sugar in Room on electric kettle available in room. Water heater not working in room 612. Mostbof the time no one at the reception. Got free hotel parking with the support of security guard. Wheelchairs available all the time. Grocery very near Over and all average hotel, value for money

One 3 days stay and we had to change room 3 times. No doubt it’s closer to Harram but other than that staffing needs to be abit more polite and would be great if they can speak English.
