Hidden gem of Hanoi accommodation ”
I am totally surprised and impressed with what this hotel offered. The architecture and interior decoration of the hotel are a complex of beaux arts. While maintaining the vintage vibes of the accommodation, the hotel room is well equipped with modern facilities, which made my stay truly pleasant and comfortable. Their bed and pillows are of 5-stars standard I must say (I couldn’t tell the different between their feather pillow and the patented pillows of Sofitel). All in-room facilities are brand new, in good condition and well cleaned. Their are rooms to improve, such as the consistency of professionalism of their staffs (they are already friendly, but a bit more consistent in professionalism would make it perfect). If possible I would wish they could flourish their poor/limited breakfast choices. Overall, as a Platinum Member of Agoda, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The decoration is very new and clean. I felt very comfortable after staying for three nights. The service staff are very friendly. The breakfast changes every day and is delicious. However, the bathroom of the room type I chose does not have wet and dry separation, and it is inconvenient to take a shower. The room was very spacious and clean and had all needed facilities. This included but is not limited to: Spacious bedroom, TV, bathroom with bathtub and shower, minibar and closets with bathrobes and slippers. The room is very good looking with modern art on the walls and a panoramic window. The restaurant is very good, both for breakfast and dinner. Remember to get the Eggs Benedict for breakfast! The hotel is located approximately 1 kilometer south of the old town, a good location to use as a base for exploring Hanoi.

Had an excellent stay—room was clean, quiet, and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good quality, e.g. fresh juice, egg menu for order, good variety. Ate two meals in restaurant and was very good. Overall a wonderful stay—highly recommend!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The bellman and receptionists are well-trained and respect every guest. As the cleaner accidentally cleared away my essential stuff, the receptionist had offered to help me buy back in the night, before my flight. They are even better than any of the 5-star hotels I had stayed. Will definitely come back if I had a chance to visit Hanoi again.
