Perfect hotel, would definitely come back for my next stay ! Rooms / Lobby : Amazing! Brand new, well furnished and decorate. Delicious welcome drink when check-in. Welcome fruit in the room. Service : Perfect service, welcoming, always ready to answer your request. Staff all speak perfect English. Good advise to go around Hanoi. Breakfast : Products are of quality, large variety of choice and perfect service. Western but also asian fresh products. Breakfast is a real plus! Bar and spa : Havent tried the spa yet :( but incredible view from the skybar. Nice cocktails and area to chill and have nice city view of Hanoi. You don't need to go anywhere else to admire the view. Location: Excellent location, in the old quarter of Hanoi. Everything is accessible by 5mn walking. Excellent value in overall. Amazing hotel”
Delicacy Central is perfectly located in the Old Quarters in Hanoi. Everything is brand new because this hotel is new. The bed is sooooo soft and comfortable. The pillows and comforter are so fluffy and it feels like you're sleeping on clouds. We only stayed here one night before our cruise to Halong Bay, but the customer service we received was top notch and deserves 5 stars. All staffs were very helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was in 702 - and I didn't realized it didn't have window but it was ok because we were out majority of the day anyways. The breakfast from the hotel was great and had variety. We enjoyed it before we got picked up for our cruise. They have a rooftop bar and the drinks are pricey compared to the alcohol you can buy at the street bars. The view from the rooftop bar though is simply amazing and worth the extra expense. If I ever go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay here again. BEST HOTEL IN HANOI!”
Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is fantastic; right in the heart of everything and if a taxi was ever required, the staff were always more than happy to assist. On arrival, we were provided with a local map and the staff took the time to highlight key attractions and assist us to orient ourselves. The rooms were incredible with lovely comfortably beds, plush pillows, crisp clean white sheets and all brand new bathroom amenities. It was also sound proof and pitch black for sleeping which some of the other 4/5 star resorts we stayed in were not. The entire hotel was incredibly clean and beautifully presented. There is an incredible rooftop bar, a spa centre (where I had the BEST massage I had throughout my entire three weeks in Vietnam), a delicious buffet breakfast and a restaurant which blew us away because of the quality of the food. We weren't expecting the hotel restaurant to be so fantastic and regrettably only ate there for the first time on the last night

I enjoyed this hotel - I found the staff very helpful in arranging uber-like rides to my destinations. The local taxis prey on tourists thus you need assistance in booking rides. This hotel is top of the line. The breakfast is more of a lunch buffet with several dishes cooked to order - excellent in selection. I only ate twice once at breakfast and then late dinner. The roof top bar is wonderfully comfortable with terrific views of city and the lake. My room was decent size for me and always cleaned and ready. The staff at all levels is exceptionally talented and ready to help.Five minute walk to the lake with lots of neat shops nearby, including a wonderful french bakery up the street (50yards). You cannot go wrong booking this hotel.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Delicacy Hotel and Spa. Our room was very comfortable and modern, the breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar was a great place to unwind after a long and hot day sightseeing. The staff were so friendly and made us feel so special each time we left our room. Returning to our hotel each afternoon was like returning to friends who were genuinely interested in our days events. The hotel is perfectly situated in Old Quarter right near Hoam Kiem Lake, great shopping and hundreds of great restaurants and coffee shops. This hotel is a must for anyone needing accommodation in Hanoi!

Centrally located hotel minutes' walk to popular food, shopping and massage parlor options. From front-desk to service crew at the restaurant and rooftop bar, Delicacy's staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, sparkling clean and well equipped with all the necessities you might need. Also enjoyed a wide and quality breakfast selection with a view (restaurant is located on the 11th floor). Rooftop bar on the 12th floor was a bonus! Enjoy good music, drinks and finger food with panoramic views of Hanoi city after a long day out. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Staff are AMAZING ”
The hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter. The staff are amazing and the senior members have customer service nailed and hopefully the younger / new staff are learning from them because without doubt this hotel will once established and gain the reputation it deserves it will stand or fall on its customer service delivery. I had a great trip to Hanoi at Delicacy Central hotel. The room is so nice arrangement with a street view from the window and convenient desk for me to work. The restaurant for breakfast on the 11th floor is a nice place with very good food and great service. The Sky Bar on the 12th floor will be a relaxing place and a good choice for you to close a busy day with a great cocktail. The best in this hotel is their great staff with kind and attentive hospitality from the Reception area, Restaurant, and the bar, that made us feeling happiness when staying here. I'd love this hotel. Absolutely will come back on my next business trip in Hanoi.

Favorite hotel in Vietnam”
During my two week vacation in Vietnam, I stayed at the Delicacy Central on THREE separate occasions! That should tell you how awesome I think this hotel is. The rooms are comfy, the breakfast was delicious and possibly my favorite during my trip, the rooftop bar had fantastic drinks and an incredible view, and the hotel staff were all so warm and friendly. Sofia and Linh were so hospitable and made our stay in Hanoi so special. In fact, they even helped us arrange transportation, hotels in other cities, and a cruise in Halong Bay! They truly went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Staff from receptionist and bellboy to cleaner and massagist are very helpful and friendly. Although it’s not the fanciest hotel lobby you’ll find in the area, the room is great for its value. Restaurant on 11/F has great view. Receptionist is very observant, not only she helped me make reservation at testing center for my travel, she also helped me call grab. Highly recommended!

Got this room at a great deal. The hotel connected me with one of the staff to help with any queries about travelling Hanoi/Vietnam. She was extremely helpful with booking transport between towns and also recommended a great coffee spot near the hotel! Room-wise, really great. Clean sheets, basic toiletries provided, aircon works great, lots of hangers provided for your clothes. Just note that mineral water in the minibar is chargeable, different from the free distilled water that they put by your beds. Water heater works great and water pressure is good as well.

I spent about 8 days in Hanoi and went to 4 different hotels luckily my last three nights I found this place it is definitely the biggest bang for your dollar. It is new and clean and the staffs speaks great English. Also try their spa it is quite good and they serve a kick-ass Long Island Iced Tea at the roof top bar. Definitely worth the extra money to stay at the room with a balcony.

We got out from our Grab (Uber) and immediately the team welcomed us at the door and brought us into the reception area - not just the bellguys but also hospitality hosts like Ms Linh who took care of our needs from the time we did our registration (took our passports while we sat down and enjoyed our welcome drinks while they did the admin, then accompanied us to our rooms and ensured everything was fine before she left). Even at breakfast, the host Ms Iris would chat with us and asked if all was ok. This kind of attention we get should be gotten only at 6 star hotels but this was what my family and I enjoyed at this place. Rooms were very modern and comfortable with 2 types of pillows for you to choose from! The location itself is within most conveniences and shops at the old quarters so you don't feel isolated. All in all a great experience, and if we were to return to Hanoi there is no doubt we will come back to this same place

The staffs specifically Ms. Linh & Wendy provided us a very profesional service from the moment we enterred the hotel , lugage handling , breakfasts, special & transportation arrangement. I saw Ms. Wendy is extremely hardworking serving us & guest a breakfast at the restaurant in the morning session & also serving guest check in/out in the afternoon till evening at the reception profesionally during my 3 nights stayed. (Seldom met such a hardworking hotel staff) The room is very clean and quiet with full set facilities. All my special request are fulfilled & Ms. Linh upgraded us to a Deluxe room. Foods are delicious especially chicken noodles (Pho Ga). Location also fantastic as it is in the center of old quarter walking street & Heon khiam lake. We just needs 15min slow walk to the nearby foodies. I will definitely stays with Delicacy again on my next visit.
