Very bad staff”
Pros: location is just in 5 minutes wakl Cons: 1. We arrived the hotel at 2:15PM. One room was not ready and front desk informed us to wait for 15 mins. We waited for an hour. 2. There was no shower gel, bath gel in the room. When we checked out, we let them know, but the same front desk said yes. 3. There was no chicken snack in my sister room. The front desk asked us to pay. My sister said we didn't see it and didn't eat it. She told the cleaner to check the bin when my sister was right front of her. She had no apologies even she knew my sister was right.

The location is great. It's near beach and lots of eateries. The receptionist is nice. She gave me the best scooter I've ever hired. And she also supported us to checking in earlier without extra charge. However, bathroom is not clean and no soap provided. The worst thing is a maid suddenly enter the room without knocking the door.

If you are looking for a place only to sleep after the entire went-out day then it could be ok. Other than that, the hotel doesn't provide many facilities. We had to carry our heavy luggage to our room ourselves. Breakfast was served ala carte and for adults only, kid will not be included.

Cockroaches.”
We stayed for two nights. Good location, close to the beach. The staff was okay, just enough to keep the hotel functional but not very professional. The room was sort of old, renovation seems to include repainting but not pest control - strange for a hotel near the coast, we found cockroaches running around in our room! The bed is not sturdy, making very loud noise. The phone is unusable - dialing 0 won't get you connected anywhere. Won't be coming back.

I booked a room w a large bed and was confirmed. But when I checked in, they said they ran out of large bed, and asked me to pay 100k extra if i want large bed. It’s ridiculous, would never come back or recommend to anyone.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên khá là nhiệt tình. Có cả dịch vụ cho thuê xe khá tiện lợi. Dịch vụ massage dưỡng sinh khá là hay. Nhưng mình đi cv nên chưa có thời gian trải nghiệm. Mình ở phòng 301. Nhược điểm duy nhất là sàn nhà tắm có vẽ lâu khô với mình, ổ cắm điện ko có lổ 3 chân cho thiết bị điện tử ở châu âu. Chốt Booking speed : 9 Lễ tân : 9 Tiện ghi 7 Tổng thể : 8/10. So với giá phòng và phân khúc..
