Exceptional”
Pertama datang. Yes the viewes are as stunning as seen on photos. We came like 11 am (too early for check in) but the staff give us the room as long as its available (sooo lovely great service) the room clean and neat. The security aah they so nice. Nice view. Perfect. However i have suggestion for hotel (a minor one) ( since there is no suggestion box or i dont see it) first, there is no bin in closet room. You provide tissue but you dont provide bin. Does the hotel expect us to throw the tissue directly to the closet? I hope no) second, there is no hanger in the bath tub. So it seems hard for us put our towel and dress. Third there shall be "push and pull" sign on the bathroom door. Shall we push it, shall we pull it, or we could use both of them. Because im afraid the glass door will be broken if we use otherwise. And last, there is no baby chair on the restaurat. Come on. For the baby friendly hotel, i cant imagine in the first time if the hotel does not provide baby chair..

Arriving in Dialoog, you're immediately welcomed by big smiles and even bigger hospitality from the staff. You really can forget that you're actually still in Jawa, the whole ambiance and set up of the hotel is a reminiscence of Alila in Bali. And just as I thought it couldn't get any better, the staff who was in charge of our check-in notify us of an upgrade from our Courtyard Single King Bedroom (we passed one room that was being cleaned and it was superbly nice as well) to a Beach View Suite! for free! It was one thing to hear it, it was another to actually see the room with our very own eyes. The room was squeaky clean, aesthetically pleasing and the beach view was definitely a sight to behold. Waking up to see the island of Bali just beyond the horizon was an experience in itself. The layout of the hotel is amazing, everything is so well thought of. A definite recommendation for the weary traveller looking to find a place to rest before going back to reality. 10/10 hands down

We ‘re having a great time spend 2 nights in this hotel. We choose the ocean view room and the view is magnificient. The staffs is very friendly and helpfull. This hotel price is quite expensive compared to other hotels in banyuwangi. But it is worth every penny to have this great view everytime you open your eyes. The balcony is spacious that my kids can have their online school on this balcony. Cons: *Breakfast is average, but still, enjoying a so so breakfast with ocean view is delightful. *The ‘unique’ bathroom concept just not for me, but it is clean so no complains

Spectacular view overlooking Bali”
This was our first time in Banyuwangi and we were on our way to Bali. We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 2 nights. The drove from Surabaya is quite challenging as the last 188 km is a non-toll road and it took approximately 6 hours. However, that 6 hour drive was all worth it once we reach the hoteI. The view overlooking Bali is spectacular from the hotel. Especially, when we spent our afternoon swam in the swimming pool while looking over at Bali Island. The ocean view suite room was very nice as it has the amazing view of the ocean view lawn and swimming pool. The food was delicious and the price is quite reasonable for a five star hotel. Everybody in the hotel was nice and polite. Overall this hotel was very nice and it sparked joy. Thank you Dialoog for giving my a memorable experience in Banyuwangi.

Friendly Staffs, clean rooms, and nice view. Good facilities as well. Free bike rentals and gym. Good size pool. The only downfall is the food. Good selection of breakfast, but they are lack of flavor. But there is always salt and pepper and chili sauce :) Overall very pleasant stay. Will return if we go to the area next time.

This is my third stay in Dialoog in the last five months. I would say Dialoog is the best resort in the city. It offers everything, from spectacular view to various activities! The ambience is very relaxing - so this place is a perfect place to rest, ‘recharge’ your body and soul and escape from your busy routines. However, the aforementioned are not what I like the most from Dialoog. It’s hospitality and people are the major factor why I keep coming back! Skip Bali, guys! Go to Banyuwangi instead!

A Gem...Gem...Gem at the end of Java Island”
Love the eco-spacious and beautiful view room, the infinity pool is awesome (you can see the sunrise with the Bali Island as the background from the pool), breakfast was delicous with lots of variety (they serve jamu also, and the croissant was awesome), check in and check out experience is fast and the staff are very friendly (thankd to Pak Security in front of the lobby, who help us to take our family's photo). Highly Recommenden after all. Surely will be back someday.

Really nice hotel. Could be better of course. I wish it had beach access or a private beach. But theres so many pros. Pro: Affordable room dine in service and tastes good Amazing breakfast. Probably best breakfast I’ve ever had, right up there with Kempinski apurva and Mulia resort. Nice gym. Nice swimming pool. Good view of the swimming pool. And the structure and design of the dialoog hotel itself is a piece of art. Cons: I mean theres really not a lot of hotels in banyuwangi. And theres not a lot to do in the city. So i can easily say that this is the best in banyuwangi.

The hotel absolutely has one of the best ocean view. The hotel is also child-friendly if you are travelling with young children. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are several issues that can be improved about the hotel, but the most crucial one is in managing the staff's job distribution during breakfast's peak hours to make sure the the foods are not empty and the guests are seated properly.
