Amazing hotel ”
Hotel was amazing, directly across from beach with Beautiful spacious rooms. Hotel is non smoking, however We felt the room we were in originally smelled of cigarettes. The concierge moved us to a new room immediately and called to make sure we were happy and settled into our new room. The gym is amazing and the pools were very clean. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of options for any palate. My Only con is that the pools closed early 7pm.

The Diamond Bay Hotel have the best location in my opinion. You basically have everything if you choose to stay here: walking distance to the beach, inside shopping mall, cinema, foods… Friendly staff, 5 stars service, beautiful tropical style room with a good price, cool AC and super comfortable beds. I am enjoyed my stay in here and hope you will feel the same. Highly recommended !!!

Free upgrade and first class service ”
When we arrived at the hotel we were told we got an upgrade to a large apartment which we were ver the moon about. The hotel was beautiful, facilities were great. They have the most amazing fitness centre we have ever seen. Ordered a pizza and carbonara from room service and the food was pretty bad, but I’m sure the Vietnamese food would have been lovely.

This hotel provided us comfortable stay and super friendly welcome. Checkin and out easily, location in front of the beach is a bonus. One improvement is swimming pool outside that we could not try because it’s not really clean and the access across the gym quite awkward.

Good accommodation and great supported from all staffs both at lobby, breakfast room and pool bar. Only minor suggestion to improve the pool bar area to be more attractive for chilling i.e. better tables & chairs, nice music, coverage when it's raining .... We've planned to re-visit and hope to spend more time chilling at the pool bar ^_<

The room is Big and Cosy, staffs are friendly and willing to assist. Only setback is the breakfast, the variety can be more daily....For people who stay more than 3 nights will feel bore after that. Will definitely come back to stay again.....

Exceptionally good breakfast, breath taking sea view, great staff and spotlessly cleaned rooms make this a wonderful stay. Special attention and care is provided to every aspect of this hotel. I did miss a good pool here but apart from that there are no negatives for this place.

Our first trip to Nha Trang and we found the ideal hotel for us - the rooms were a good size with a nice partial ocean view - Convenient location with a nice beach right across the street - beach umbrella, chairs & towels are provided by the hotel - The restaurant selection is limited but the food is very good and the staff is friendly and very professional - Everyone on the staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating for us ending with a takeaway breakfast at 4:45AM (early flight)

The soundproofing between the rooms was not good enough, so I couldn't sleep because of the sound of the TV in the next room and the noise of loud people drinking and yelling. The awareness that it is okay to drink, scream and sing from 2 am to 5 am is also a problem.

The mall is just next to the hotel, downstairs there is a small night market, just cross the road can access to the beach. The breakfast spread has variety of food.(just got to compliment the noodle station,one of the best ever tasted in Nha Trang). The service ppl in hotel always greet you with a smile on their face. Overall I say the hotel is worth its price.
