Strategic Location , Nice rooms, Good room amenities ”
The rooms are nice and large, beds are super comfortable, location is very very good located right on the bhat bus route (10bhat and 10 mins to walking street) and there are supermarkets just outside the hotel gates. The hotel is guest friendly and you can bring your lady to the room ! The restaurant serves very good quality food if you are not in the mood to venture out. Overall top-notch hotel for the price and location.

さいこーのホテル。近くに中国風スーパーあり、隣に200Bマッサージあり、セブン、ファミマコンビニあり、ソンテは、中国スーパーまで歩いて道路渡れば停車ソンテ乗車OK、言うことないしょ the best hotel. theres the Chinese like supermarket. neighbor massage store for 200bahts. there are 7eleven,Family mart. Its existense SONTE(share track taxi) ride at place that you'll get chinese supermart opposite side road. why not you choose this hotel?

Great place to stay”
I really enjoyed my 11 day stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and everything worked and the cleaning staff cleaned everyday with a couple of bottles of water and clean towels. It's a short walk or Baht Bus to all the craziness but very the hotel is quietly located. I will be back.

I have stayed here on many occasions . I would highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are spacious. The reception staff speak good English and very helpful . The rooms are cleaned to a excellent standard by the house maids( speak reasonable English) . All staff have a pleasant attitude .

Large room with balcony city view, in-room safe, cable t.v. with movie channels, bbc, fox, french , abc (australia) news, thai channels, pattaya tv channel, room cleaned daily , air conditioning had no remote, just wall switch with dial for temperature, did not bother us, just letting you know. reception staff polite, welcoming, 24 hour security gaurds, reception closed between midnight ,after which either security or pin allows acess- dont know as never went out past midnight and never got up early enough to find out! quiet hotel, we were in 608 from feb 22 to march 8, quite often very loud motorcycles going by past the hotel, not something the hotel can do anything about unless they soundproof with a corresponding rise in room rates. breakfast included which was a choice of american, continental or asian, all with tea, coffee, juice. baht buses stopped right in front of hotel, very easy to get around. Fresh food , wet markets, close by, as well as 5 minute walk to tuk com mall, friendly supermarket was 2 minutes walk and there was a family mart AND seven eleven next door. directly opposite was a laundry, also medical clinic and vegetarian restaurant. Walkabout pub, an aussie bar, was next door to hotel, 300 baht saturday steak nights, plus hamburgers, chips could be ordered anytime. 15 minute walk or 2 minute baht bus to walking street, 5 minute walk to start of soi bukhow, where yoy could hrab a baht bus to go down soi bukhow, or walk 15 minutes to LK metro, 20 minutes to central festival. 3rd road was near hotel and a 20 minute walk brought us to vig c pattaya klang (central road), habour mall was next door where they have stacks of entertainment and activities for the kids including ice skating rink. All in all a great stay, would not hesitate to recommend for couples or singles, quite a few thai people staying at the hotel as well , quite a few indian individuals and groups whi, whilst could be quite loud in the hotel restaurant, were never any problem and

Wonderful hotel.. Great location, easy to get to beach, shopping, massage, restaurants, action.. You want it , you got it. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast each morning, Thai or American.. I stayed there 10 days and definitely return and stay again soon.... Awesome

Good hotel in primary location”
This hotel is location jus one KM from walking street in central location. Staffs are friendly . They give you english breakfast if you include them while booking. The only issue was the wifi which gets disconnected every 10 min if Your room is after 2nd floor . It was fine on 2nd floor. Rooms are big. You can cook as well. They give you kettle , a pan and plates too. Small dine table for two inside the room. Swimming pool is also good. Highly recommended.

Pros: Quiet, Feels like a home away from. The staff is all friendly. They treat you like a guest. Don't piss these folks off because you don't want them on your bad side. They go above and beyond to be nice and treat customers with dignity and respect. Cons: They need to paint some of the rooms, replace the shower curtains and charge the customer if they break them from being careless, Try your best Diamond City Place to fix the tiny amount of small ants in the bathroom.

Well maintained rooms with clean towels and bed sheets. Easy parking at the ground floor and within 15 mins of walking distance to Pattaya South beach road. Friendly staff, laundry opposite hotel with convenience store next door.
