Nice and clean place”

The location was ok. Not close to the central but you can walk there. Staff does not speak English, but they are good. They tried. Place is clean and nice. The sound travels through the wall and we went during new years and it was very loud because of the band that was set up in the space close to the hotel.

Friendly and accommodating staff on top of its location makes this hotel a desirable choice. Some building construction work was going on when we were staying at this hotel but this was beyond the hotel owner's control!

the only good thing about this hotel is the friendly, and kind staff. It doesn’t have full facilitys as a standard hotel should have.

not really a great place”

owner's dogs are pretty aggressive, always barking at guests and nearly chased my 3 year old a few times staffs made us pay for a bath towel that was dirty cause we wiped our feet with it, claiming it was impossible to clean (never had this issue with other hotels) walls are thin so you can hear the surroundings, it's also pretty hard to get a grabcar so sometimes we had to deal with cunning taxi drivers.

Great spot to walk around the city! It’s better if Hotel can offer a fan because Dalat nowadays is quite hot if you close the window. Staffs are friendly and please tell the guests that they shouldn’t open the window by a lots of mosquito .

A relaxing stay at a new hotel ”

We had a great time at the diamond hotel. First Is the great staffs that work at the hotel, they were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is right next to the central area of da lat and walking distance to the night market (~10 minutes). The hotel is brand new and very clean. All this came with a great price.

It's quite a bit confused when locating the hotel when arriving as its name is "Diamond" and locates in "Gold Valley" area. Hence, if you're trying to look for the exact name of "Diamond Gold Valley", you'll be confused, given this area is newly built residential landscape and there's no street name yet the whole place called "Gold Valley". The hotel is new, clean and tidy. However, if you're a light sleeper, it might be annoyed you due to low sound insulation of the walls. All the noise, even little noise could be easily transmitted into your room. Moreover, the nearby area is on construction progress during the day time. So, be aware of that. The staff is not really friendly and opened to guests. If you don't mind these things, this place is ok for a short stay.

The hotel is slightly off the beaten track allowing for a quiet and peaceful stay yet within walking distance to many attractions. The staff are extremely helpful and have tried their hardest to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We met many locals who were extremely friendly and offered us many local food and drinks, so much I ended up pretty drunk. The rooms are even higher quality than more expensive local hotels so the value for money is unbeatable. I have stopped in several places in Da Lat from budget to high end and this was as cheap as the budget hostels and higher quality than the high end hotels. I cannot recommend highly enough we have already decided to stop another night on our way back through Da Lat

We booked 2 rooms for 6 adults. The hotel is clean and close to the center (just around 10 minutes walk to Da Lat market). Staff is super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

Extended our stay”

We loved the fact that the hotel is new, has nicely furnished rooms and comfortable beds. For now it has a spacious feel, though that is changing with construction all around. Many new hotels are going up. Unfortunately no one spoke English but we made good use of translate apps. and staff were most helpful. We loved the use of the kitchen especially as it was raining and no restaurants are nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Location is a 10 to 15 mins from night market. Construction near hotel. But good location for finding breakfast. Hotel is new so everything is nice. Staff is helpful. She helped me book a good restaurant and taxi to airport. Eventhough the night shift reception cannot speak English but he tried to help me. At least with google translate. All in all, I would say it's 9/10.

it's the rich part of town in a quiet location that's somehow just a few hundred meters away from the city centre. the horses just around the corner are nice to look at. as my taxi driver calls it đất vàng.

Located at new site with construction activities, but it's ok, is near the centre (to Xuan Huong lake, Night market...). Equipped with modern facilities and good enough for a medium hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.
