Bedsheets are not being changed”
Everything would have been ok. We came during the night and they let us in to sleep directly. Aircon ok, shower weak but still fine. Shower door and one window does not close properly. But the worst thing was that the bedsheets were not changed before new guests arrived - there were crumbs and hair in the bed and it was smelly.

Tour to Ijen”
Room is nice and cheap. It is simple, so no hot water. There was water leaking into the bathroom too, it was very loud. The person that is staying there to help doesn't speak any English. Makes everything very hard. I booked a tour to Ijen there, which was very bad as the guide just left me alone. He didn't understand my complaint or anything so I'm very unhappy with that.

Disappointed with the staff”
I don’t understand all the reviews mentioning a ‘friendly and helpful staff’. They were never around during our stay and when we finally saw them to ask a question they didn’t seem to care. Don’t expect to get the breakfast that is included in the price - we never got it despite asking several times. And refill of the water dispenser - nope. The kitchen was dirty and no clean dishes. The only good thing worthy to mention is that they were nice enough to give us a better room than we had booked. But unfortunately this room had big windows facing the common room where the staff would switch on the lights late at night and early in the morning to have loud conversations. Furthermore the location isnt great and traffic is pretty loud too. Would not recommend people to stay here.

Very friendly staff. They arranged a kawah Ijen tour for us for 275k ! Bedroom and bathroom clean. Give us a lift to the train station. I recommend it !

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a really nice guesthouses. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is not hot water in tge shower but it is not too cold, really nice temperature. The staff is really friendly and helpful, we booked a tour for Mount Ijen for 275.000 per person and there was nothing to complain about! Every morning we got fresh made Mie Goreng and Coffee or Tea, very delicious! The staff also gave us a lift to the train station at 4am which was really nice of them. We can totally recommend to stay here!

Yang lebih fatal pemilik ternyata menjual kamar itu dan sudah dibayar orang lain juga. Pihak Dian quest house tdk bertanggung jawab dan menyuruh saya minta pengembalian uang dari pihak agoda.sungguh sangat tidak profesional.saran saya jangan nginap di Dian quest house .harusnya kan klo memang sudah tdk ada kamar jgn di jual lagi atau minimal dana saya dikembalikan

Ada kesalahan keterangan di agoda katanya, tetapi kami yg harus menanggung. Akhirnya yg harusnya 2 malam kami jadi satu malam saja dan harus mencari penginapan lain (untung saja bisa menemukan dgn cepat dan pemiliknya ramah sekali). Kasurnya kurag bersih dan raknya berjamur. Kami tidak diserahi kunci.

Saat sy check in disuruh nunggu lama untuk konfrim krn yg jaga ga paham kmr yg ditawarkan di aplikasi jd nanya dulu ke pemilik trus udh dikamar mau mandi disuruh pindah kmr! Dikamar mandipun jorok ada kecoa dan kelabang! Kasur kotor dan ngeres! Akhirnya minta ganti seprei dn staf kurang baik! Yang terburuk dihari terkhir listrik mati!! Padahal sy sampai ingetin orgnya (pengalaman baca review) udh bunyi tokennya tapi cuman disepelekan!! Dan akhirnya pagi kita harus mandi numpang ke kamar sebelah!! Parah banget pelayanannya!

Secara pelayanan (kebetulan kami ada kesalahan soal pemesanan hingga harus upsize room) mereka sangat berusaha membantu, namun kurang cepat ... Tampaknya antara pemilik guesthouse dan mereka para pekerja di guesthouse Ada semacam kurangnya konfirmasi di antara mereka (IMHO) sehingga sabun dan shampoo yg habis tidak diisi, pulsa listrik pun di pagi hari kami checkout pun habis dan listrik mati dan tidak ada tambahan pulsa Yah lucu juga sih Sayang padahal tempatnya cukup baik utk ukuran guesthouse ... Soal kebersihan tempat tidur meski sudah diganti sheet ternyata masih kotor (atau bisa juga mungkin juga karena kulit kami terlalu sensitif) Yah secara sederhana guesthouse Ini kurang terlalu baik ... Namun utk semalem aja atau utk transit sih masih bisa lah

Приехали в 9 вечера , по информации об хостеле ,круглосуточная стойка регистрации, встретил нас мужик с матрасом в коридоре. Завтрак так и не получи, мужик с ресепшена постоянно спал в подсобке...Постельное бельё затхлое, в номере дико грязно. На улице вблизи ничего нет, пришлось ездить на такси. Не советую даже на одну ночь .
