Great hotel for this amount of money”
The hotel was very nice and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful personnel. You enter the resort via Nanai Road; so it’s near a lot of bars, shops and restaurants, but without all the noise and in a very nice resort ambiance, with a view on the city, other resorts on the mountain and the sea. The pool and the gym were very nice; the gym with a lot more weights and new machines than I’ve seen in other hotels in this price range. The rooms were spacious (deluxe) with nice big windows. Very nice and spacious shower. The only point of improvement I can think of is that for motorbikes, the property isn’t very accessible, there’s a bit of a ditch between Nanai Road and the resort property. So I used to drive on a manhole cover when I entered the area (you’ll understand it if you see it). I’m certainly coming back here when I’m in Patong in November and the prices will be alike.

I would love to come back!! Customer service was impeccable. From the bellboys to the security guards to the housekeeping to the receptionists, everyone was so wonderfully hospitable, making sure every guests were comfortable and at ease. Rooms were cozy and clean. Hotel was away from the hustle and bustle from the nightlife so you can get a good night's sleep! Motorcycle parking was available for guests as well. So so worth it for the price!

Best value for money - the staff is awesome”
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. They let us checkin early, also upgraded us. The location was very good and the facility was really really well maintained. I have stayed in Brand named hotels in Phuket which are way more expensive, I think this one beats them in comfort and value for money. Highly recommended. ooh and they have a free shuttle to the Mall and the beach as well :)

Hotel is very clean and serene”
There are a ton of staff taking care on cleaning and working on the whole premise every day. I loved the architecture so much which integrates into the surrounding nature as smooth as silk. When we stayed it was not very busy so I cannot say what the experience will be like if its fully booked. I would definitely come back and can recommend this place for people who like to take a swim in a clean and long pool in the early morning!

Gem in the heart of Patong”
Greatest hotel in the heart of Patong. Premium location, as it is away from the city noise and so close to everything. One of the top-sized warmest pools I've ever swum in. Suites are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast is reinvented every morning and the level of quality and choice is higher than many 5* luxury. Staff really is the best. Everyone. I stay 2 night at pool villa dinso resort the room was so amazing, so clean and so big but the stairs quite breathtaking to get 2405 we need elevator please to get the room the place near to everywhere the staff was very friendly

The hotel is nice, well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with nice view from the balcony, free shuttle bus services to Jungceylon shopping mall and Patong beach from 10am to 3:30pm. Just 10min walk to the nearby night market and shopping mall. Overall I'm quite satisfied except hills up to resort was rather tiring.

Friendly stuff since the first day to the last day. They were very helpful and polite. Clean and beautiful environment. Delicious local food. Extremely convenient location. They still give us some souvenirs upon check out. Really nice resort. I strongly recommend every traveller do stay here. You will not regret that.

The resort was surrounded by nature - you can hear crickets and bird chirping, so relaxing. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The pool in the villa was great. It was a great experience to hop on the so-called escalator - hardly seen in Thailand

Perfect area, the hotel is quiet new and you will feel at home. Facilities are nice, the swimming pool is a bit small but enough to relax with a beer after an island excursion day. Really appreciated the room service, first time I can find a Ricard alcohol room service, worth all the room service at Patong. Disappointed by the check out which tooks up to 15/20min. They should anticipate the minibar / room service charge from last day.

Only beautiful impressions My husband and I were here at room called a penthouse. We had a so big balcony. There’s a wooden frame with a mattress and rooftop. also there is a stone bath and a place were we sunbathing nude. What a wonderful making love under the stars !!! Let me give you some advice Try to lie in the bath 🛀 under the Sun. It so relaxes. And I particularly remember perfect pillows and mattress on the bed into the room😘
