We loved the room - fantastic to have a microwave, toaster & fridge too. Plus 2 comfy chairs. Very cosy. We thought this was a good value place & v close to town. We parked 5 mins walk away for free. Overall rate as a 5! Just a small improvement could be made with better pillows.

fabulous location great clean apartment at an excellent price!!!.. my negatives are lots and lots of email pages of communication over weeks prior to arrival date with lots of links to read (this maybe the sub booking company ,ogoda) , no designated room until day of arrival and only sent one internal door code for entry, no main door code! which was sorted out by friendly 24/7 discovery phone help line... but not ideal to arrive at a foreign location and to be locked out.. in short going through the the booking expierence after initial pay and confirm. .there was to much unnecessary info and the simple most important stuff for example, door codes for entry missed ot of information or not sent. but cannot fault the room or value for money ... my advice is arrive in good time to sort out any snagging issues, that is my after thought

No refund policy”
I did not travel due to unforseen work commitments. I emailed Discovery Accommodation in advance to let them know and received no reply. I called them and explained but they refused to consider even a partial refund. I lost all my money. I had no problem loosing a deposit but the entire amount?! I told them I would not be travelling and yet, I keep getting these emails asking that I rate them. It is extremely annoying.

Make sure your details are correct. Remote style entry that uses part of your own phone number for an entry code. You don't know the address until the actual day of arrival and those details are sent my text message. Also I was traveling by motorcycle and arranged parking at £8, I then found out from a local that Motorcycles have free to park areas in Whitby. Besides that is good value on a budget. Compact but modern room, clean with some facilities close to the Harbour.

Rabbit hutch”
Cups & spoons been used & not cleaned. Bedding dirty had to go into town & buy 2 sleeping bags. Shower didn't work. Half a curtain up at window. Not good. No excuse . Couldn't get in till after 5pm.

Fish Suite: ”
The pros are mostly everything. A huge whale on the wall and a dolphin in the bathroom. Instantly made me feel at sea. It was very clean and modern plus has good privacy for a couple. The location and nearby pubs were brilliant. Good security for getting in. The cons were not enough sugar or milk for 2 days and no change of towels and sheets. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Whitby! Would definitely stay again as good value for money too!

We arrived past 6pm at the hotel and the reception was closed. But our call was picked up quite instantly and immediately informed us how to gain access to our apartment. Superb ! Though it was just a night's stay, we find the apartment very clean, fully equipped kitchen and the car park is just a stone throw away. We walked to the seaside and were mesmerised by the stunning sunset. Great time in Whitby !

這裡太讚了，若是下次再到Whitby鐵定還要再去住，我們的房間是樓中樓，樓上就是個雙人房，還有個不小的衣櫃；樓下有廚房、客廳和浴室，有很棒的使用空間(不過並不確定是否每間房間都是如此的格局，需要指定或確認一下)。唯一的小缺點是沒有電梯，行李多的話需要小小辛苦一下下。
