The place was super nice with great location which closed to District 1. The host is super friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable and kinda cheap. Everything is so satisfied, strongly recommend this place

I LOVED MY STAY HERE! It felt like home. My room has a microwave, mini fridge, fan & aircon, electric kettle, iron. The bathroom was just beside my room and I only have to share it with 1 other room. They offer FREE usage of the washing machine plus FREE detergent. When I didn't understand how to use the machine, the owner offered to do it for me. If I ever find myself in Saigon again, I will definitely stay here! The family was very accommodating. One of the best hosts I've met so far.

A newly hotel in District 4, but actually really close to the center. You can walk there. The hotel was well designed. Service is good. Free coffee (real vietnamese coffee), rooftop lounge and the coffee shop are plus points. Definitely will stay here again during my next trip to Saigon!

This hostel is located away from the main tourist and backpacker district, so it made getting around a bit difficult. But otherwise, this place was great- very friendly staff, a nice breakfast each morning, a beautiful view from the 12th floor or a building- it is everything you could want from a hostel.

i stayed here second time. Nice room, with share kitchen and balcony. In agoda in my booking was other room, not what i book, with 2 big beds for 4 people, we are just 2, but it was good too. So better ask, during book, wich room are booked. This room was also very comfortable. Staff is very helpful, help to me book tickets and found good way in my next trip. Big thanks to staff for all help!

Lovely place and the owners were just adorable. Water pressure was excellent and although the room looked a bit small it was very good. Ac worked but at times I didnt feel it but didnt want to bother them. The fan was there and great!

The room was very, very good value, maybe the best for this price in HCMC. Clean, comfortable, quiet and in the middle of a lovely local street with fantastic street food and plenty of coffee shops. Walking distance or a quick grab to D1 and the manager Mr Hoang was very responsive and helpful when I had questions or needed information. I liked it so much I will stay there again next month :)

This is a gem of a place, in a quiet area in district 4 but still not far from the city center. The bed and furnishings are comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay so much I re-booked again and I'm staying here for another 2 weeks. It's excellent value, clean and comfortable and the local amenities are perfect. The street it's located in is so local and a great experience as the people are so friendly and the food is excellent. You can walk to district 1 in 5 minutes across the bridge or take a taxi really easily. Well worth what I paid.

Everything there was great for the price. It's in a quiet little part of District 1, close to some nice little markets and narrow streets off the main drag. Lots to explore.. Saff don't speak any English but the owner (if she is around) speaks fluently. Very clean and well maintained.

Sweet little street in District 4 ... 1/2 $ away from district 1 with grab. If you want to experience real Saigon this is good place to start. Room was nice and clean

Clean room, very good value for money. A little outside of the center but Uber or Grab can take you around. Laundry downstairs is very cheap too.

I stayed there for a week in April, 2016. The location is not too close to the main tourist areas like the Backpacker District, Ben Thanh Market or Bitexco Towers but close enough to walk to them (about 25 ~ 35 minutes) and the rate is lot lower than those near them. I did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. It is not the center of the city but, if you are adventurous, there are many outdoor seafood eateries where many locals use. The WiFi works just fine. It is close to high-traffic street so, as soon as the sunrise, there is traffic noise all day so I recommend higher floors (4th or 5th floor). I got used the noise so it did not bother me. Also, I recommend paying the extra couple of dollars to get the deluxe room to get the big corner window room for the view of the crazy driving at the street intersection and the nightscape view.

Clean, homey apartment. I slept very well. Yang is very friendly, communicates well and helps me much. I would highly recommend others to stay at TeeUP home.

Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and great view at District 4. Good security. Short walking distance to District 1. Easily getting around using Grab cars.

Great place, great communication, very clean, and it was nice to have bonus of small kitchen area plus access to nice pool area and gym. Reliant on taxi back to airport but knew this when we booked and only a 150000 vnd taxi fare

arriving from sydney, australia, on the night of 05 november/12 my plan was to rest overnight and take a high speed ferry to vung tau at my liesure. the ferry terminal was just a ten minute walk from the saigon port hotel. the online description, photos and tariff offered were reasonably compelling. as soon as my taxi pulled up at this hotel, the billboards at the reception area loudly promoted "massage 7th floor." after checking in and receiving my key, i took the elevator to the 3rd floor and located my room along a dingy, dank and poorly lit corridor. as soon as i opened the door my suspicions were adequately confirmed with no surprises- though with disappointment. i was tired and simply wanted a decent room with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. i did get the latter, however. the bathroom was almost the size of the bedroom and the water temperature and pressure were satisfactory. the room itself was small, dirty and neglected in almost every way. the air conditioning did not work and the fan made a terrible clanging noise all night. the bed was hard and lumpy. the bedding was worn and not well laundered. the sparse room furnishings were scratched and old- fit to burn. i was very pleased to make a very early evacuation and take one of the first available ferries!

I booked very last minute (approximately 1 hour before arrival) during the TET holiday. Despite not being in the city, the owner contacted me immediately and made arrangements. I was also able to communicate easily with him via text and he always responded immediately. He also speaks English well so it was so helpful not to have any language barriers. The room was bright and airy and very clean. I felt very comfortable and the pool was just AMAZING. I spent most of my days there. The location is right beside a bridge that connects to District 1 so it was very easy to get to points of interest. I highly recommend this place!

Nice place - fairly clean, air conditioned, wifi, washing machine even. I stayed in two rooms, one on the 16th floor, and then one on the 8th. Depending on which room you get it can be either top-notch luxury, or limping comfort on the lower floors. For example, the room on the 8th floor had no cups or mugs to drink from. Small issue, but enough to be annoying. Other than that, it is great value for money.

I'm having a good time. Staff try their best to help. Rooms cleaned daily. Well priced for size and comfort. Beds are comfortable.

Chau was fantastic and provided outstanding communication. She was very quick to reply and provide a lot of information about the apartment and surrounding areas. The apartment itself is beautiful and tidy. The shower and bathroom are clean and work well. The building's pool is fantastic and the gym is equipt for a good workout. The location is also very good. Just across the bridge is district 1 where a lot of the main tourist areas and streets are. Overall I'd highly recommend staying with here. It's excellent value for the money and Chau is sure to provide top tier service. Thank you Chau!

Very good location. 7 eleven and vinmart in the ground floor so we can buy water, snack, fruits every time when we want. We can walk to Phạm Ngũ Lão(about 10-15min). Owner is very good and helpful.

It is in district 4, but only a short distance by taxi or even walking to the action in district 1. It is a great place for one or two people to stay and relax. I spent a lot of time outside of the apartment, but it was good to be able to come back to a space close to the city center to wash up and relax. The host was kind and was quick to reply to my messages. He was prompt with the check-in and check-out process. I have no complaints!
