Find hotels near District 7 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

It is located in district 7 which is pretty far from the city centre and great for a short getaway not too far from the city. Room was spacious and clean with modern amenities. Staffs were nice and helpful. however, the big problem with this hotel is they are selling deals vouchers to the public so the restaurant was always crowded and noisy, just like a market place. I dont know if it is ok for 5-star hotel but it almost ruined everything good of the hotel

Everything is excellent. Food is great, staff are friendly. Facilities are outstanding. Location is perfect for me. Near to everything for my needs (SECC, RMIT Vietnam campus). Not to far away from District 1 or District 3 (use Nguyen Tat Thanh street, less traffic and have no problem to travel to District 1). Dinning in room services are excellent and the same price as in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast are great and a lot of choices. Love daily noodle soups, taste every day for a week of our stay. Food and room prices are very competitive, cheaper than other hotels/restaurant in District 7 and too cheap comparing with other hotels in District 1. Already booked again for my next business trip in Jan 2018. This time, I stayed 7 nights with my family. My two young kids (4 and 7yo) are happy even I had to leave them to work during business hours as they enjoyed facilities of all the nearby shopping centres (Crescent Mall, SC Vivo City, Lotte Mart)

Great location if you just want to stay in District 7, however it is also not far from D1 (about 20-30mins drive)! No breakfast but very easy to get food from restaurant down stairs or Korean area nearby!

Located in District 7 away from the hustle and bustle of HCMC city centre. Bizu Hotel is tucked away at the end of a quiet street but a short 5 minutes walk away from a full-sized supermarket and many Korean restaurants. Good for business travellers who has to commute everyday to SECC (exhibition hall). Scott and Binhs located downstairs is pretty good with big portions of western food, very popular with expats.

This is my 3rd time visiting this hotel. It is indeed a good stay and never regret on booking this hotel. The price I paid is equivalent to a lower grade hotel in District 1. This hotel is in District 7 but just a taxi ride of about 15 minutes and can get me to District 1 already. Taxi Ride is about $100k vnd or below. This hotel room is bigger than some hotels in District 1. So it's about location or room size. The WIFI is stronger compare to my previous 2 stays and I think they had upgraded their WIFI. Their Breakfast is normal and I like their noodle soup :) The staff are friendly and one of the receptionist even remember me as a regular customer. The receptionist will call in the afternoon if you missed the room make up in the morning. The aircon is super cold and they have 2 card keys to each customer. All rooms access need the card keys to access in lifts. Oh, not to forget to highlight, they even allow me to late check out at 1 plus in the afternoon. Overall, this is a value for Money hotel which I think it's worth a 4th visit from me. Will definitely be back again.

If you want to stay in District 7 (adjacent to Conference Centre and attractive lake area with many eating options) then this is a good choice. A general tourist would probably prefer a hotel in District 1 (30 minutes and $6 by Vinasun taxi). I love District 7 because I used to live there and always return when I am in HCMC. My room was excellent - relatively large and clean. Hotel facilities are however limited - no pool or gym.

The location is in district 7. Unlike other districts, the govt is very strict with cleanliness and street vendors since this is near to the exhibition centre-meaning there will be a lot of foreigners/expats in this distrist. You don't see the hustle and bustle of other districts so, it depends what you are looking for- a quiet place to stay or to really experience HCMC. For me personally, I have travelled for leisure/business to HCMC so many times, i don't need the hustle and bustle. I love District 7 the most, it is a suitable place to be for me, I can walk around with ease at night alone and still be safe. I had very bad experiences with district 1 and I never went back though the place i was staying was really great (ascott) but it is the area that deters me from going back. With 2 malls and hypermarkets just 2 and 5 minutes walk away, it felt like home. There are 3 restaurant just located at the hotel area, connecting to ibis hotel as well. There is 2 mini mart and 1 coffee shop 1min away. The staffs are very friendly and speaks english well. If you need any help, they would be the one to go to. The room is as shown in the photos. The cooking area is great as the ventilator is very good, they don't leave any smell after you cooked.

I stayed in Crescent Residence 1, and there is great customer service from front desk staff (spoke English well and took time to explain things and very accommodating). Wifi was fast in the room, and it was conveniently located next to Crescent Mall which has a grocery store in its basement as well as coffee shops and dining options nearby. Also appreciated that it's located in District 7 away from the noise, pollution, and busyness of other parts of the city... didn't mind having a bit of a drive to District 1 and airport and such bc District 7 seems like a safer and cleaner area anyway. Loved having washer/dryer, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer in the room (rented a 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment). Just note that the rooms (including the bathrooms) are not soundproof at all, the elevators have no sensor to detect if someone is in the middle of walking in/out of them, and there is no a/c in the halls from the elevators to the rooms on floor 7. Also, I think there's karaoke or some outdoor live music in the evenings on the weekends at Crescent Mall, so it can be loud, but it wasn't too bothersome for me.

The hotel's location was actually nice. We thought it was going to be far away from everything given that it is in District 7, but everything was pretty much accessible for us. It was what they called "Korean Town" for it is packed with Koreans, visiting and living there. The room was cozy and nice. The staff service was very good. Our receptionist was very helpful. His English was really good. The food was decent as well. Overall, we had a good stay at Crown Diamond Hotel. Totally recommended!

I'm happy with the hotel and everything. Just that the location is not in District one but that doesn't bother me much coz it's close to a bike shop which I rent my bike for a bike tour. The surrounding of the hotel is like a Korean town, I thought I was in Korea!

This hotel is new, only 7 months. The room is clean and big. The price is low without breakfast. Surely, I will coma back again.

I had a perfect stay here. This brand new Hotel is very lovely and clean,my room have a street view that very nice at night! The staffs are so helpful,good English. wifi and air conditioner are splendid,you always connected,the wifi is everywhere and fast! I highly recommend this brand new hotel in this area,you can also find many Korean/Japanese/Vietnamese restaurants in walking distance! At night it's very quiet,we had a good night after a long day! Thanks for all,i will comeback very soon!

my wife and i stayed in the vip double room for four nights. the entire staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. compared to other hotels we have stayed at in phu my hung, several of the staff spoke great english and i even used them to translate a few conversations for me. the breakfast menu has only a few western choices, simple but good. note that there are two vip rooms, the one we stayed in had grey leather chairs and couch which were very comfortable--i would recommend it over the other vip room. it also had a jacuzzi and a nice terrace garden/balcony. we had business to do in district 7 which is why we chose this hotel.

Amazing! Because the rate was especially low, I was very concerned and hesistant about the place; however, the place and room were soo~ clean & shiny, and the linens were crispy and white spotless. Location is in one of the centers of District 7 but also on a quiet street. The staff served the guests with professionalism , politeness and able to communicate in English well. The manager Jenny was kind and excellent. Satisfaction #1, especially considering its value for the money. (I extended two extra days.)

Since my friend was only staying for two nights, so he was assigned to a room with balcony! District 7 is very nice and hotel surrounding is mainly Korean, feel safe and clean! Also, it’s very near to Vivo City, a nice modern big shopping center. If you have exhibition in Saigon expo, this is good choice, though it’s a bit far from city center, it’s not easy to find a place which is so spacious and clean and new! Will come again for sure!

Apartment is clean and environment in the surrounding is quite. Daily housekeeping however should be improved. Mineral water and toilet papers are not replenished on a daily basis.

In the quiet less busy area of Ho Chi Minh. District 7, Phu My Hung. Close to shops, and the Crescent mall. Staff at the hotel always friendly, Pleasant and ready to help. It's the 3rd time I have stayed here and I got a bigger room this time, and enjoyed it very much. Will stay again.

The Golf Hotel was a pleasant place to stay but has seen slightly better days regarding the decor and furnishings. Our room was fairly basic but comfortable and we did have a lovely large marble tiled bathroom - so that was a nice bonus. The staff were very nice and when we cancelled our second night's stay did not charge us at all. District 7 is a very clean and upmarket area but it is far from all the tourist attractions and excitement of District 1. It would be good if you simply wanted to stopover in the city briefly and have quiet surroundings. However to see the city's attractions you would be constantly paying out money for taxis. If you stay in District one, most things are close at hand - transport, Ben Tanh market etc.

the room have the problem it's can not protect the outside smell, first the smoking smell from the next room come to my room, after that smell of cooking at midnight come to my room and make me wake up with hard smell I think that the design of the airflow not good but other facilities very good, clean, good service, have little kitchen to cook and also microwave and the location very good in district 7

great little hotel....clean modern rooms.. only downside is the location..... area around hotel ...has no restaurants.... peaceful though...

This hotel is located in a small road in central of district 7. It is quite easy to find good restaurants and recreation area nearby. Room is quite big with beautiful furniture. However, the staff performance should be improved. They should be warmer and friendlier. Moreover, the window is quite dangerous for little children. My daughter who is 5 years old was able to climb up and opened it. If I did not pay attention, she might fall down easy. It was so scared

This is a small local hotel in District 7. Most of District 7 is based around ex-pat westerners, but this hotel is in an area frequently by locals, with Vietnamese restaurants, cafes and street food. The rooms are large and comfortable. It has a great swimming pool, which is a rarity in the area. Only downside was the hot water supply, but I survived.

This is my new hotel i will alway stay. It is small family house, several levels. All fittings are new, well constructed (which is unusual for VN), and very clean. Comfortable bed. In District 7, which is new area, clean, quiet, some local cafe and resturants in walking distance.. One male owner has very good english, very helpful with anything. Only minor issue is few English television channels.

It's located in District 7 where there are wealthy residentials, office buildings and international school from Taiwan and Korea. The schools are just opposite the hotel. It's not near any tourist attractions, it is good for business trip and friends visit. There are some restauranta and bars within about 2km which you can walk and enjoy the parks within the residential area. A quiet and peaceful and relaxing for spend the night.

This is a great place to stay if you are going to be in District 7. The place is clean and quiet, close to many restaurants, shops, pool, and bars. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Best place to stay in Phu My Hung for sure. We will always stay here when we go back to HCMC to visit friends. There is also a really good Vietnamese restaurant right across the street with great prices.

Just the location could save this hotel, but with this price you could find another mordern hotel nearby. Thank for Agoda for solving the problem with my booking with this hotel by changing to another hotel.

생긴지 얼마 안된 호텔이라 깨끗하고 매일 물 커피 어메니티도 잘 채워주시고 청소도 깔끔하게 해줍니다. 타올과 베딩 모두 고급스럽고 매트리스 또한 편안했습니다 . 7군에 머물러야 한다면 무조건 다시 오고싶습니다. It is a brand new hotel. Bedding and towel is high quality and daily housekeeping was also perfect. But if your room is first floor then you need ear plugs not to wake up early in the morning. Other than that it was a really good hotel if you need to stay in D7. I would definitely stay again Fide hotel next time.

Had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Very clean thanks to the maid, She was lovely. Could not manage to get satellite tv to work, but Netflix and amazon tv did work. Staff are super friendly, although when I was leaving the receptionist at the time wanted me to pay again. Seemed pretty angry when they found I had already paid before arriving.
