Een verwaarloosd en veel te duur hotel!”

Ruime kamer, stilte als er geen feestgroep was.

Een slecht gerestaureerd pand met donkere, gehorige kamers. Een permanente plas water op de grond vanwege douchen in de badkamer. Het eten was heel eenzijdig en veel te duur voor wat er op tafel kwam. Teveel feestgroepen die tot ver na middernacht feestten.

Giá phòng không hề rẻ nhưng chất lượng quá tệ: phòng không wifi, không TV. Bữa ăn: nhân viên không biết còn món nào vì phụ thuộc vào khách sạn chính là Phong Lan (cách Đoox Quyên 2 km), cơm trưa sống, cá nấu canh chưa chín. Ăn sáng bún bò nhưmg không có cà phê, phải trả tiền riêng 15k/ ly cà phê pha sẵn G7. Buổi tối phục vụ tốt hơn, dù phải chờ lâu. Điểm cộng: nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình, không khí tuyệt vời. Lưu ý: sóng điện thoại Vina và Mobiphone chập chờn; Viettel không có sóng

Thái độ nhân viên, vị trí, quan cảnh khách sạn

Chúng tôi đến Bạch Mã vào dịp Tết, không phải là mùa cao điểm về du lịch, cả khu nghĩ dưỡng chỉ mỗi Phong Lan villa phục vụ nên chúng tôi được chuyển đến ởPhong Lan Villa, được xem là villa tốt nhất ở khu này. Villa có vị trí và view đẹp, tuy nhiên do ở trên núi cao lại nên villa cũng còn nhiều hạn chế, villa cũng có hệ thống nước ấm, phòng cũng hơi ẩm, chăn hơi mỏng, các tầng cách âm không được tốt. Bù lại nhân viên phục vụ rất tốt, chúng tôi đã có 2 đêm sinh hoạt lữa trại thật vui và ấm áp. Có 1 điểm chúng tôi không hài lòng về công tác bảo dưỡng rừng là có quá nhiều xe máy phươt ở cung này trong khi có bảng cấm xe máy vào rừng, gây nguy hiểm cho các phương tiện khác khi lên xuống núi.
