Wouldn’t recommend, terrible location”
Was pointless staying here as the location was so bad. When we arrived, the man demanded money in which we tried to explain we had already paid. Spoke no English but that can’t be helped. There were hairs on the bed as if the sheets hadn’t been washed / cleaned. Bathroom was grubby. Others guests were so loud late at night.

I booked two rooms for my family to stay one night at 22.00 o'clock. Right after I paid, I made a call but nobody picked up. We arrived at 00.15 , very late at night. I called the number on the sign, the mother answered and came down, very surprised, telling me that the hotel had been fully occupied. Then her husband came down, asking me very rudely "What bookings have you made?". I told him I had the booking ID here in my iphone, showing him the phone. He immediately talked impolitely to my face that I was such a bad girl to show the iphone screen to him that way. Then he told his wife that they would return the money to me right away. Any way his wife was alittle nicer to appologize for their fault of letting other people stay in our booked rooms. They gave me the money back, and of course my whole family including 2 babies had to go looking for hotels at half past 12 p.m. Another horrible thing about this hotel is it is located up on the hill, so there is no parking place, and cars will be left on the road down at the bottom of the hill without any security and responsibility of the hotel. When we asked the man about this he told us to go looking for the parking place ourselves, and he refused even just to sit on the car to show us the way, not to mentioning the covering of fee. This is the first time ever that I found a hotel working like this. Too rude to work as a service provider. Chủ nhà nghỉ vô cùng thô lỗ, quát nạt, nạt nộ khách hàng ngay một hai câu nói đầu tiên, không đủ tư cách làm dịch vụ du lịch. Phòng book từ 10h đêm, chuyển tiền xong xuôi, gọi điện xác nhận ko ai nghe máy. 12h đêm đến nơi trả lời khách là hết sạch phòng rồi, em book bao giờ. Khách giơ điện thoại ra thì mắng khách té tát là con gái mà cư xử thế ah cháu bao nhiêu tuổi mà giơ điện thoại vào mặt chú.... Nhà nghỉ trên đồi cao, không có chỗ để xe ô tô. Khách hỏi thì bảo cứ đậu dưới đường cái ko ai lấy đâu mà sợ, còn nếu cháu sợ thì đưa sang ks khác bên kia

まず、アゴダで予約し、クレジット払いしたにも関わらず、現金支払いを求められ、現在２重払いの状態となっています。アゴダに連絡し、事後対応を求めているところですが、まだ解決していません。ホテルの方も一生懸命調べて頂いていたし、アゴダのシステムとホテル側とどちらに不備があるのか分からないので、その件はさしあたり評価の対象としていません。 評価としては、ハロン湾地域全体の傾向として、全てが観光地価格。周辺地域（ハノイやハイフォン等）と比較して２～５倍の値段でした。ですから、他地域と同じ価格帯のホテルと比較し、相対的にサービス・設備は悪いのは仕方がないかもしれません。ただ、必要最低限の設備は整っているので、安く泊まりたい方にはおすすめです。まあ、ベトナムの文化に触れたい旅をしている方は、ハロン湾地域は早々に撤退するのが良いでしょう。私はクルーズの後、そのままハノイへ向かってしまいました。８時間のクルーズと４時間のハノイへのバス旅で疲れますが、中国語だらけ、異常な物価高のハロン湾地域にもう一泊するよりは、精神的に良かったです。
