It's Not Mui Ne - It' Better”
i had wanted to stay in mui ne to check out the beaches. i ended up in phan thiet, a twenty minute motorbike ride away. but after an afternoon in mui ne i realalized i had the better option. mui ne beaches are surf up to the breakwater, no room for sunbathing or walking and have limited access unless you are at one of the resorts on the water. across the street from this hotel is a lovely sandy beach. there is a large, clean pool with lots of sun. the rooms are large and clean and there is an ok restaurant on site. on the down side, the location is relatively isolated, no shopping and the staff has very little english

It's ok not to stay in the hotel the whole day.”
At first, we definitely feel ok with the hotel and its price. The hotel should train its staff to be more polite with the guests. After booking on Agoda, we realized that we must have change a type of room. We called the hotel and the receptionist said yes to our request, but when we arrived, they just couldn't make the room as we had asked for on the phone. One morning when I came downstairs to the reception to get my breakfast vouchers which is included in the room price. The receptionist looked at me so weird and asked why I was so late for breakfast. It's so rude. I obviously knew the time they serve breakfast. I didn't even want to spend much time eating in their restaurant. I just wanted to see what they had in the restaurant so that I could grab something small to eat. I hate the way the staff talking to the guests. Of course, we know it's holiday time so maybe they're lack of staff or something but we pay for the service though. The room had nice view of the ocean; however, it wasn't clean. At night, we covered ourselves with the blanket and in the middle of the night we felt so itchy and couln't sleep. It was the bedbug. So terrible. I think they didn't wash out carefully either the blanket or the sheet. My husband and I had to see the doctor after that to take medicine. I'd rather pay more to stay in hotel which is located not far from the location we want to stay. The room would be better in another hotels.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. As a family travelling around the world for one year we are on a tight budget. This hotel turned out to be a good value for money with a good location and proximity to the touristy and overrated Mu Nei. Why pay more if you can spend less?

I stayed at this hotel last year and was looking forward to my return since they have a beautiful pool, but unfortunately as is the usual case with agoda reservations, we got probably the worst room on the hotel, view of a rooftop, doors that did not close properly, an airconditioner that worked, but not correctly (thermostat) malfunctioned. I have stayed in one and two star hotels that I would rate higher. Breakfast is good and if you want a nice pool I would recommend this hotel. It is very clean too

The hotel is okay for us, but have something to complain : 1/ We checked in on Saturday afternoon,but can not use swimming pool because the hotel used it for wedding party!! 2/ Wifi is free but we must ask password from receptionist !! 3/ Breakfast buffet is so poor, no have anything for children !! 4/ No have thermos, fruit inside each room

this hotel is quite old. our room was a good size and clean. the staff spoke limited english. the staff here did not seem happy. breakfast was mainly vietnamese and could have had more variety. we had dinner here also and it was ok. the beach is just across the road and it is not a very touristy area. a good position if you want to hang out at the beach with the locals. it is a bit out of town so not a lot of restaurants nearby.

loved the pool and the price, but thats about all. wished i stayed instead at mue ne. so much more night life and better beach there. hotel had good service but terrible massage service. they say an hour and then only massage for 20mins, offer u unmentionable services for usd, and then stick u in the sauna.
