    Late Check-in”

    Check-in should be on 3pm. We come around 4pm but the room not ready yet. Just ask if can upgrade room to queen bed, staff said can as same price but need to come at 6pm. When come 6pm, staff said boss got angry as last minute change room, need to charge us additional RM20. Doesnt bother to give us call & had waited for 2 hour. Just paid additional RM20 since already tired & hot.

    The hotel no lift , how ever it's on 1 first floor but seems like second floor Air-conditioning not cool at all Slightly smell ,it's might long non occupied the room. Water pressure on and off Other than that ok
