Family Hotel in the city”
It was my 2nd stay in Doubletree Hotel. Its very interesting in every visit in Doubletree. Very nice Welcoming cookies, staff are friendly and helpful, room clean, food very nice, and facilities are ok. Its near metropole XXI, if you have time, you can try to watch cinema in there, also have a very nice barbeque Chicken in there as well. Its also near Cikini Train station. Its a very good location to stay. I'd love to stay here and will stay again next time.

room is aesthetically designed, and is clean and safe for kids (no sharp edge on the furnitures at all!) beside the room's floor is covered by carpet, theres the coffee table made from sofa material too! i think it is very thoughtful for the safety of kids and even adults. the pool is amazing! the Open restaurant has tasty Indonesian food but beside Indonesian, is just okay (the omelette & scrambled egg are dry even we already requested to be buttery and creamy). But it's not a big deal since all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. will come back later.

The check in was quick The staff very helpfull during breakfast Breakfast menu was delish as always The poll amazing, my kid love it soo much. The down side is a lot of leaf fall down from the tree on the side of the pool and they should clean it regulary The outdoor chair also dirty with leaf and left over food by the guest so many red ant coming, its a little annoying Overall we enjoying the hotel sooo much Deff will comeback again

One of the 5 stars hotel that recommended! Value for money, not overprice. Love the swimming pool and OPEN} Restaurant, the service is good. Must try swimming in the afternoon, with music playing, it's so relaxing. Locate in Central Jakarta but the area not in the middle of traffic jam centre, so niceee! I request to make up my room for my partner's birthday, they did it! Thank you so much.

One of the best place to stay in Jakarta on a budget”
I sincerely think this hotel is one lovely oasis located smack bang in the middle of busy Jakarta. Price is very reasonable, room was very lovely, tidy, and clean. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I love their breakfast, they have an amazing array of western and Indonesian breakfast. The jewel though, imho, is their swimming pool! You can tell from my pics, I enjoyed it a lot! 12/10 would recommend to stay here.

We had pleasant stay dan feeling safe during the covid time. The hotel has options for in dine room breakfast and was very satisfying. The cleanliness also satisfied me. Especially I’m with baby and toddler. The healthy protocol was good, since our entrance till we checked out. And we are healthy and safe. The pool is the best part. Very recommended for family stay

A hotel meant for staycation”
I had a high expectations during my stay, and this hotel exceed it excellently! Starting from a breezy check in, where they gave me welcome cookies, a huge pool meant for leisure, a good selection of breakfast menu and great ambience of the restaurant, the top notch facility of the gym and the staff. What I want to emphasise was in the room they had a HDMI connector embedded in the working desk! Thus you can easily connect to your device (mi stick) to TV and you'll get to watch Netflix!. Me and my fam, which of course has a different movies to watch, don't have to fight over the remote. I really like this, they also have usb connection for the same purpose. The bedside alarm could be conveniently connected to iPhone. One other nice touch is the lighting system. We can manage all the ceiling lights to turn off, but automatically it will lit the lighting under the bed, so you won't trip yourself silly when you want to go the toilet in the middle of the night. Although the hotel applied a capacity restriction, I did not experience any trouble using the pool facility nor the breakfast despite that the hotel was fully booked. Overall me and my fam really liked it here, we literally n the hotel for days

This is our second staycation during the pandemic. The hotel was clean, neat & staff were great n helpful. We were welcomed by free yummy choco cookies that all my kids love it. We stayed in interconnecting rooms. We hv 2 teenagers & 1 kid. Everything went perfectly! The pool is big. It has kiddie pool right in the back nex to kids club. We hv to book the pool beforehand. Rooms were sealed as a confirmation that rooms were sterilized/disinfected. Which brought us more confident to stay there in the pandemic era like this. Dine-in/room services were perfect! Love the food. On checkout day, my youngest kid wanted to hv the welcome cookies 😅 and the front desk staff gave it straight away to him....super nice indeed! It was memorable & we definitely highly recommend this hotel..!!

Good services and facilities ”
It was a pleasant stay. They took care the cleanliness. Check-in was kinda easy but we have to wait for our room to be ready though we came at 5.30 PM, but they gave us complimentary by allowing us to check out at 3 PM, so it’s a win-win. The room was okay in a standard size of room. But the amenities are complete. The breakfast was great and has variants kind of food. Love all the foods taste served. The hospitality was also great. All the staffs are kind and polite. And it was my birthday, the staffs gave me a surprise birthday cake. It’s small gesture but the thoughtfulness is totally appreciated. Overall nice stay. Totally recommended and definitely will stay again if there’s any opportunity.

I had an excellent stay at the Doubletree Hilton while on business in Jakarta. Excellent professional service from the moment you walk you in the door. Room was comfortable, clean and well-designed and had all the amenities I needed as a business traveler. cause we dont want this place over crowded :) i think this is most comfy place for weekend getaway or staycation. clean nice rooms (slept like baby), very large pool (circling), and complete breakfast. the staffs are very helpful, i left some clothes after checkout and they still keep it (sorry to miss the name of cleaners that day, would like to gratitude them). the minus is that sometime the sound could still reach between rooms/hall, but still minor. thank you double tree, ssttt.. pls keep this to yourself *wink

Good hotel for relaxing with family in the middle of the city”
I booked for 2 nights here. The room was spacious and clean. The checkin time also fast. Food quality was good. Pool was great, big enough and deep enough. One minor improvement for me is the breakfast time and free of charge for children below 7 years old, because for children that age, they only eat small portion, but charged for 50%, and our eating time limited to 35 minutes. How can a child eat that fast? Please adjust the policy for this. Thanks.

Great Coffee Bar and Pool!!”
We stayed here for staycation and had a great time. The pool is the key attraction … since it is so spacious and enjoyable. Another key attraction is the coffee bar at the lobby, which serves dietary food. As for the room and staff, it fits the 5-star hotel’s standard of excellence, obviously.

Large swimming pool and good service”
it was great stay there, with a good facilities. my daughter was so happy with the large swimming pool. Comfortable bed and good staff. I ordered fish and chips for dinner, 30 min after they asked us how was the food and I told that the fish a bit smell so they give a plate of fruit as complimentary. Nice.
