Staff was amazing at the hotel. Staff at reception, lady at the reception we dont remember her name but meaning of her name is dream and she looked after us in every aspect possible. Her name starts with L. Bus drivers were very kind. Staff at buffet breakfast was very helpful and energetic. We will stay with double tree next time again when we come for Umrah INSHALLAH. I had a great stay. Got an amazing room, the staffs during check-in (Batool??) and check-out (Nada??) are so kind and friendly. And good customer service from staffs at Zafaran restaurant during breakfast. Wide selection of foods during breakfast even my friend said she will book DoubleTree the next time she's coming to Makkah. She was staying in a different hotel but I invited her for breakfast once. Alhamdulillah worth every riyal! ^^

A wonderful newly built hotel, the staff are very friendly and are always ready to help. The distance from haram may seem far on google maps but they have a regular bus shuttle and you get there in 2-3 mins. The only con I can think of is that there are only 6 lifts so during peak times you’re waiting around for a lift. Nonetheless I would highly recommend!!

Our experience was surprisingly refreshing and all aspects of our stay was par excellence. The location is the only down side which they are managing quite efficiently at the low peak period. There is however worry on ease of movt for pilgrims during the peak periods of umrah and Hajj. We will definitely consider for an off peak stay and having the option of bath tubs would have made this hotel a Yes Yes all the way.
