Pleasant stay at Hilton”
We booked this hotel during the Raya festival. We have a pleasant stay at the hotel. PROS: 1) The room, hallway, and bathroom are very spacious. Most important, comfortable and clean. Kudos to the Hilton management and its housekeeping team. 2) The staffs are professional and hospitable, especially Ms. Tan at the front desk. 3) Easy parking access. CONS: 1) The living room is a bit humid. The AC takes longer to cool the living room (Maybe needs maintenance?). You will need to draw the curtains to avoid the sunny Malacca afternoon. 2) I have stayed here previously. A lot of varieties, but it's always the same breakfast spread. The quality of food is inconsistent. On our 2nd day of stay, the Vadai is a bit hard, the sambal sauce (Nasi Lemak) is too spicy and not as tasty as the day before, and the red beans is hard. However, the staffs and chefs are very hospitable. Sometimes, we park in the lobby, which is very convenient. But if it's full, you can still park in front of the lobby. You park at your own risk. There are a lot of birds, so beware of the guano, especially, in the morning. Thank you to Hilton and its staff. They are very hospitable and professional.

Warm hospitality and super friendly staff”
We only had a night in Malacca, but wish we had stayed longer. Their service was impeccable. We were greeted with warm cookies at the reception. All of their staff were super friendly and went the extra mile to check up on us through text. Thank you to Anna, Wani and the guy who help us with our luggage! Breakfast was a huge spread, very spoilt for choice, they have a wide variety of cuisines and all were delicious. The view from our room were extraordinary, we had a great view of the streets of Malacca and the sea. Room was huge and had all the amenities we need. We also receive desserts and fruits in the room, thank you to the staff for the extra service! Parking and wifi were free, hotel is located about 5 mins drive to Dataran palawan mall. There is also a movie theatre at the same building on level 11, but the malls seems to be vacant prob due to covid. Will definitely return to this hotel again next time we are in Malacca.

Great stay”
Booked it last min during Christmas. Staff was really nice and helpful. Bed is comfy, bathtub for our suite is realy big and fits two comfortably. If I really have to nitpick, the room service food was not very consistent. Our first meal was really good, but the room service on the second order wasn't as great.

The best in Malacca”
Great hospitality. The staff offered us to have tea at axis lounge while waiting for our room ready at 5pm. They also upgraded our room to deluxe king, free dinner for that day and free breakfast for 2 days. The room was clean and comfortable, partially seaview. The food at Makan Cafe was very tasty and had variety of choices from malay to chinese and Indian cuisine and also row of breads and pastries. Overall it was a great experience at this hotel👍🏻

The best 5 star hotel in Malacca ”
The rooms are very clean and big. All staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are still very new despite the hotel being over 5 yrs old. Great selection of buffet breakfast. Best of all they are all very well made Check-in during busy Sat afternoon can be improved though I waited almost 30mins in the q for my turn

Staff are super friendly and willing to help. Premium facilities and clean room make us feel relaxed and comfortable. The location is not exactly city centre but not far away. Walking distance to a few very good restaurants nearby (Just search on Google map you'll find a few top rated restaurants. Indeed top quality).

Nice and comfortable hotel. 👍🏼 Spacious room and good location. Near to the sea and beautiful sea view and city view. 👍🏼 Lots of restaurants and convenient stores are surrounding, highly recommend the Korean bbq restaurant at the opposite side of the hotel too, as we had a nice dinner there. 👍🏼 The only cons for the hotel is the checkin reception is not at the lobby ground floor, you have to take a lift to the 12 floor for checking in. 👎🏻 Happy to stay here. 👍🏼

Kudos to the most friendly hotel reception that I ever came across. Ms Anna who helped us with the check-in and check-out was a breeze. Ms Anna made us felt very comfortable and welcome for our stay. Thank you Ms Anna for suggesting us to a room on the 22nd floor so that we can have an unforgettable experience and also to enjoy the breathtaking view. The warm cookies by DoubleTree was a nice welcome gesture for the guests during check-in. Mr Dzariff who was at the hotel lobby entrance was very amicable and attentive. We will miss his friendly demeanors. Thank you very much for helping us with the luggage when we were leaving the hotel. The rest of the crew at the hotel lobby were also very friendly and always giving us a very warm welcome when we were leaving and coming back to the hotel. The housekeeping crew helped to maintain our room in pristine condition. Thank you for providing a homely stay for us by keeping our room clean.

I honestly had a great time at double tree hilton, second time around here; this time i came with the whole family and i took twin superior double deluxe something lke that and it didnt the disappoint me! The room is spacious; the toilet is clean really up to my expectations since i am an extra hygienic person .. food wise for the buffet breakfast is superb!! Awesome! Love It!! I wouldnt mind repeating again here if i were to come to Melaka! Just that i think the only dissapointed part was the card access to the lift it doesnt detect very well which annoys me cause every time i want to to go to my level it doesn’t allow me to press on my floor lol… other than that is all good!

Honestly I am so satisfied to the fullest with the kindness of the receptionist. The front desk staff did the best first impression for our stay. We even got delicious cookies as welcoming treat. Room cleanliness was superb. Beds are so comfy. Eventhough I got single bed but Nevermind as the beds were big. Room was spacious. Suitable for us with young kid. Toilet was so cleaned. The breakfast was so delicious! Omg so tasty 😍 swimming pool was Awesomeee! My kid love it so much. Same goes to me. But due to Covid some facilities are not open yet for operating. Nevermind I surely will come again! No regret! Congratulations for the Hotel management’s team! You guys did the very best job! Love. ❤️

Awesome stay”
Stayed only one night . The hotel is extremely clean and new. The check in was very smooth , and reception professional and friendly . But note that the entrance to hotel may be a bit different as it’s thru the Elements Mall which is currently closed . So we were a bit worried as we drive up to the carpark that looked deserted. But we were relieved when we see the sign to the hotel reception , and other cars in the carpark. Would stay here again when there’s an opportunity.

Lovely Hotel with great facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ms. Abhi in particular was super cool & super resourceful. Excellent 5-star service from her and also her team. I've booked 2 rooms - interconnected for a family of five. Room was pretty neat and spacious. If there is no T&C set by hotel, I guess it could easily accommodate 8 pax easily. But get ready to sleep on floor, will yah? :P Hotel premises are very nice. The breakfast was top-class despite our visitation was during the month of Ramadhan. Good quality food, excellent choice of food and good staff/waiters. The lounge area outside was also very cool, and you get great city view. Definitely will make my/our stay here during my next visit to Malacca.

Spacious room & super clean. By the way I like very much the beef kung pao by chinese kitchen! On other note, I stayed at Hilton in KL days before & I must say this - you guys are at another level! Double Tree Treat”
This was our 1st out of town trip since 2020 and since we wanted to go somewhere closer to home, Malacca was the best option. I chose Double Tree as I was after the breakfast spread!!! It turned out to be the best choice - the rooms were very clean with modern furnishings and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast too - ample choices of western and local food. We will definitely come back!!!

The Best Hospitality”
This is our Anniversary Trip at which last minute managed to notify the hotel The experience starts from the bell boy where they greet and politely assist us to park of bike. Then, the front desk that ready with warm cookies to welcome us and the room is ready. The best hospitality ever from the house keeping when they make up the room with anniversary decoration complimentary. Apart of it, the front desk sent a slice of cake for our anniversary. We were out and went back to hotel with Christmas ginger bread in the room. They really push their hospitality to the limit . It is a team's effort to bring their services to the highest limit. They really humanise the service that really touch our heart. Thank you so much DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Melaka and will coming back for sure.
