Old hotel, cheap, clean but very old facilities”
This is old hotel, cheap, moderate clean with very old facilities. I would like to suggest hotel management to replace the very season blanket with new. The staff however very kind n polite. Nearby to petronas n 7e shop.

The hotel was dusty and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. Towels were in poor condition, no bottled water, no garden, no hair dryer, tv was a very small not functional one, had to ask for soap, requested for non smoking room but the room we got had strong smell of cigarette smoke. Management needs to change the content of their ad. Very disaapointed.

Filthy, dirty, skunk place”
First entering the room, had a strong urine smell. From the toilet, from the cabinet. The blanket was thorn. Dusty. There was a dusty tray underneath the table, like was not touched for a decade. Water heater working poorly. Can't have drinking water unless need to take the water from the toilet to the boiler. Pantry sink no water. Room was not ready : no towels, soaps nor toilet paper. Not enough staff. The guy who was doing the housekeeping, is also the one who works at the reception. So when he went up to clean the rooms, access door was locked. Can't enter / exit. Very very poor management. No upgrade although had a new management. Avoid at all cost if possible

I stayed in room 27, the shower was broken, the sink was unattached to the wall, the bed sheet is full of holes and stain, and there were some sand and black small bugs all over the room

The room is not like what they mention but the price is ok but the bed is not clean even the room is not clean like they show in the pictures and wifi is not working at all even I asked the staff who work there and he said he never used the wifi before because their wifi is not working

Everything is not clean including the bedsheets, comforter, toilet and even pillows. Smelly room (bau colok orang Cina sembahyang), air conditioner is not working well. The toilet itself is the worst, apa benda sial paip air dgn mangkuk jamban bapak jauh. I can't even take a shit. Cheap price doesn't mean you can make yr room looking like a cheap also, please upgrade a bit for cleanliness. Cleanliness is the first thing we look up for. I have seen reviews and photos in this hotel look like a good one but no, it turned out to be the worst one. Not recommended at all.

The air conditioner is not working well, feeling warm even we turn to the lowest temperature. It said including WiFi but the WiFi is not working. Toilet is dirty and the water is congested at floor trap.
