Pros: - We checked in at 3+am coming from Ha Giang. Staff is very accommodating, and promptly checked us in. - Room is clean, neat and tidy. We were checked in to the penthouse room on the 5th floor. The lift is only up to 4th floor so we have to walk up a flight of stairs but no issue at all. - There is good, powerful, hot rain shower. Hairdryer is provided. - Extremely value for money and would love to stay there again. - Check out is also easy and fuss free. Reception is friendly and professional. Cons: None, only wish we have stayed there for one more night. Thank you!

Nice property in a French-inspired neighborhood. Has all the basic necessities and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. The TV didn't work but I don't speak Vietnamese so wouldn't have made much difference.

Modern Equipments & facilities Room interior is very cute, beautiful & chilli Everywhere is very clean . Rooms also are very clean Medium soft mattress & pillow for deep sleep Restaurant provide good food - though not many dishes. Price is very resonable. Coffee shop on the ground floor is beautiful . Location few minutes walk to the habour . The scene is terrific ! Lots of beautiful coffees shop nearby. But hostel located in a quite area. There is one convenience shop nearby . In general worth the money !

I've stayed at many hotels in Ha Long. Have to say, most of them are bad. No idea about service, horrible decoration and style, bad food. But then there is Draha. Draha hotel gets it right, for the right price. Actual service, clean and stylish rooms. Way way way better than any of the other hotels I've been. Pro tip: Take the more expensive room with the balcony. It has a balcony bathtub. Total winning, such wow.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Every single staff was helpful and friendly. The manager (I think) even helped me get my lost phone on the bus back. We were able to book a scooter and boat tour through them. The room was clean and we found everything we needed with a very reasonable price. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is a place I can see almost beautiful bay with sea, mountain, boat. It ‘s really nearby coffee shops to enjoy fresh air here. Servers here are very nice. I’ll come back bay in the future one more time.

Small boutique hotel with lots of trees/greenery area. The best of the hotel is the staff who are nice and supportive. Only one thing I would recommend them is to get to know more details about event/attractions/tours to advise guests. The second best is the cook. We had two good lunches with tasty food, reasonable price and peaceful space for family It's pity that I couldn't book the beach front building, but the back side also not bad, which view Bai Tho (Poem) mountain. It's only 300m to the temple of General Tran Quoc Nghien and King Le Thanh Tong. The room I book is a Deluxe Twin Mountain View, large enough, and clean. The minus points are the strange location of the TV, which is right angle to the beds and the hand sink put outside the small bathroom. If you like more activities, a hotel in Bai Chay area should be more suitable. For family who need peaceful, this hotel is a good choice. 10 minute taxi, at 3 USD will take you to the center of swimming, theme park and cable car.
