          Booked 8 rooms in total, all very clean and presentable. Tea and coffee etc was in the room and opportunity to purchase add-ons if required. Staff very helpful and concierge very accommodating in organising taxis etc. Very good for walking to local tourist areas. Would certainly stay again if the opportunity arose.

          Perfect location with shops around. The room is so big and clean with great bed. All the kitchen utilities are clean to use. The bathroom is also very tidy and dry. Perfect trip with this apartment

          We have mentioned we are celebrating our first anniversary at Liverpool. And Staffs here were so helpful, suggesting that we can have a wonderful dinner at a nice restaurant and well prepared for us. Hotel is at good location near lime street station and Castle Street which has many nice Dinning places. What a enjoyable time and will back very soon!!

          Wifes Birthday in Liverpool”

          The apartment was perfect, nice and large and very clean, everything in it you needed to be able to make a meal and drinks and location was perfect. They were having problems with the lifts when we were there and the ground button was only partly working, stuck in lift on one occasion going out for over 5 mins on the ground floor waiting for the doors to open. other than this it was a real good stay.

          Stayed in these apartments for a weekend in Liverpool. Excellent location for shops, front and bars and restaurants. Bit noisy in evening as next to moorfields station . Staff really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

          Only planned to stay overnight, but ended up staying for three nights. The location was perfect...most of the city's highlights are within walking distance, restaurants, museum, etc. Train and bus station is just next to the building. Staff are really helpful...

          Kind staff and better service”

          At first we tried to cancel this hotel. Because of misunderstanding between me and hotel(agoda's faul?I'm not sure. But the bed condition was bad for my son) our room was not for our family. But the staff (thank you) searched for our family and upgraded ours. I could see they tried to do somthing for us. So we stayed in spacious and comfortable place.

          Have only positive things to say about Dream apartments Location is great and just a short walk from Mathew Street, arrived just after 3pm the guy on reception was great and we were checked in within a matter of minutes The room id booked was a 2 person apartment and it was very nice Had everything we needed, was very clean I’d definitely stay here again
