Exceptional”
The staff at Dream Box Hostel was the friendliest I have ever met. They make a point to translate what they are trying to say to a language you are comfortable in. The room, toilet and bathroom were very clean. This is even more extraordinary given that the toilet and bathroom were shared facilities. Price is very reasonable.

Great Friendly Service”
The staff can speak decent English and they are very helpful. Right smack in the middle of everything, you can find food, bars, shops and massages easily. Just a 5mins walk to the beach where you can catch a stunning sunset :) The bunk bed is clean and comfortable, with privacy blinds too! Get a beer at the cafe downstairs and watch the locals go by :)

Rough night”
The owner who did the check in was super friendly and helpful and spoke great English. She even provided a list of things to do in the city. Unfortunately, though, the beds for the dorm are in a common area like a hallway rather than being in a separate room. There were people talking in loud voices and banging doors shut constantly until 2am. There's no air-conditioning, and the curtain blocks out the fan so it was very hot, but it doesn't block out the mosquitoes. Overall it was a very rough night.

Good location, clean and cheap”
The hostel is not too far from the Front Beach (even though the beach itself is not nice) and close to Hoa Mai limousine bus office. There is a locker under every bed. The bathroom and toilet are clean. Nice staff.

It's ok for young people to travel in group want to get a place to sleep for 1 night. The location is not so far from the beach. But the staff is not good enough. The staff was kind but I must wait so long everytime I need their assist.

This hostel they say 7pm open air in the room. but you much to call them they open the air. . yesterday many custome in the room they say go many hostel in VN but only here sợ hot. I think many custome come here one time don't come back again.

Clean, secure, and a little unusual”
In the dorm, you each have a bunk with a blind for privacy, light, power point and a lockable drawer. Couldn't see anywhere to hang out and socialise, unless you count the cafe that occupies the ground floor above which the hostel sits. Showers were generally ok, a bit hit and miss. Staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful.

Was very welcoming arrival and throughout stay. clean, good location. the only down side was our rock hard bed in the double room, but if you tell reception, I'm they would help. highly recommended.

OVERBOOKED”
WHEN WE CAME HERE, WE WERE TOLD WE WERE OVERBOOKED. AND THERE WERE NO VACANT ROOMS. THEY INSISTED THAT THEY WILL JUST RETURN THE MONEY WHICH THEY DID. AFTER AN HOUR OF NEGOTIATING, WE WERE ABLE TO TALK TO THEM TO HELP US LOOK FOR A SAME PRICED ROOM ALONG THE AREA. IT TOOK US FEW HOURS TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER VACANT HOTEL, WHERE WE LOOKED FOR OURSELVES IN THE STREETS. WHAT A HASSLE IT WAS. IMAGINE WE WERE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER HOTEL NEARBY LATE IN THE EVENING. NEXT TIME, MAKE SURE YOUR GUESTS WILL BE ABLE TO BE COMPENSATED WELL IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN. THE CONCIERGE ALSO DID NOT WELCOMED US WELL. HE JUST PLAYED WITH HIS PHONE, WHILE WE LOOK FOR OTHER HOTELS THROUGH THE INTERNET.
