Pro: 1. Walking distance to Phu Quoc night market & restaurants 2. Daily housekeeping is superb! - clean towel everyday. Love it. 3. Swimming pool & sunset view is the best combo Need Improvement: 1. English speaking staff - some are good but they could be better as this place is growing. Give them english lesson, they worth it. 2. Toilet/shower by the pool - please do keep the maintenance going for this place as well 3. Mosquitoes - stayed at level 3 and those tiny creatures still able to climb up. Some is even in the lift. Do something bout this ya. Overall, this place is the best!

The breakfast was very disappointing. The only thing eatable was fried eggs and watermelon. There was no service around the pool area which made ordering a drink very slow. There was only two employees in the bar/ restaurant (Lee was amazing) and one in the reception who spoke English. There rest of the staff was no help at all because they didn’t even understand words like salt or ketchup. The food at the restaurant is eatable but not good. The drinks are good and cheap during Happy Hour. The hotel looks much better from the outside than from the inside. The hotel is filled with only Russian tourists. The hotel doesn’t have a beach even though that’s what the images make you think. There is a beach near by but they don’t rent sun chairs so it’s recommended to go to another beach in the island. You can book some trips from the reception. The pool was very good! The pool employees were also very helpful.

１０泊しました。レセプションのスタッフの笑顔での対応は良かった。ただ、観光情報について得られなかったことが残念でした。朝食は普通だと思いますがコーヒーが特に良かった。部屋の清掃も毎日キチンと有り清潔に保たれています。設備については水回りが古く不安があり壊れたら自己責任となるので注意を。ロケーション等は整備中です。目の前が海ですがここも、未だに整備中なのかビーチはなく隣のビーチ（３０ｍ）へ行きました。プールは良かった。ここから見るサンセットは最高です。中心地へ行くのも徒歩で１０分程度で空港へは１５０,０００ドン弱です。次回また宿泊します。

1층에 숙박했습니다 테라스문이 잘닫히지않아서 모기가 들어오고 온수는 낮에만 나오고 밤에는 나오지않습니다 수영장 물은 드러워서 이용할수가 없었습니다
