Very unfortunate that there is no lift. My mistake for not asking in advance. My dad is a one legged man so this hotel is not suitable for him. But like i said, my mistake for not enquiring in advance. Not a clean hotel. Towel smells like period, saw red stains on it, i pray to god its paint but looks hell alot like dried blood. Saw a dead cockroach in the room. Carpet is filthy. Staff, aside for the 2 receptionist that was on duty during my check in, the rest was fine. Location, very near to the mall and river cruise. Aside from that, i have nothing nice to say about this hotel.

Very good. They have one excellent receptionist lady and gave us some recommendations during our stay such as best place to find local food, her opinions on Malacca food and etc. The room and toilet was very clean and best choice for those looking budget hotel in Malacca. To get a cheaper price, you have to book via Agoda.com not from the counter.

I stayed at Dreamz Paradise Hotel in a Standard Room. It's a pretty small room but fits the affordable price. The hotel room is also clean and looks new too. Though I feel the bed sheet could have been cleaner, in overall I enjoy my stay at your hotel. Thanks for the great experience. I will surely recommend my friends to stay here if they consider to travel to Melaka.

Hotels' location is not far from city center. Easy and convenient to get anything. Comfortable bed even though the room is not spacious. Love the room decoration. Not a soundproof wall because can hear children screaming or walking step at outside. Please provide a convenient iron board rather than small iron board. Easy check-in but not inform earlier in hotel description that we have to pay some deposit (RM50/room). Guest also have to pay RM2 for the heritage tax (informed earlier in hotels' description. We checked-in late and the staff allowed us to have a late checked-out before 1 pm. Would love to stay again due the price is affordable and also great location to stay! Thank you team!
