This hotel has a simple yet good breakfast. I would like to thanks Mr Jalal in the restaurant that provides very good service and hospitality, the guard and bell boy also deserved for thanks and thumbs for their excellent service. The hotel is far from el kahba and el Masjid el haram but it is a very nice location if you are into the pilgrammege or Umrah, the room are very clean and the accomedations are excellent. I would stay here again.

If you are depending on eating outside this hotel, you need to think twice as it's far from many well known restaurants. When we arrived we didn't find anyone from the staff to take our luggage. Shuttle bus to Almasjid Alharam every hour is a plus. Breakfast is good. Cleanliess is not as I expected as we found dust in many corners inside rooms, which means the stuff who clean these rooms are not paying attention to all locations. Furniture is becoming old and I think it needs to be replaced or renewed. Bathrooms are pretty small. AC's inside rooms takes long time to adjust to the desired temperature. The children's play room wasn't clean and not encouraging. Most equipments inside the gym not working and need maintenance. Staff are generally good. In short, there are better 3 stars hotels out there with the same price.

The place I came several time but I think this time is the worst , good thing , the receptionist ,bus but which I didn’t like the room thing are broken and not fixed the room door opens easily no Nescafé and when I request they say you will get 2 also my room is 4 guests

I have booked the hotel with breakfast but they did not provide breakfast infect they charge 600 SR ”
Worst over I have stayed in Hotel. I have booked the hotel with breakfast and and they didn't provide the breakfast free, Whereas they have charged me breakfast charges. No one can speak English language even in hotel reception. Faraway from from Harm shreef, taxi change 40-50 SR ona way. We taken only one breakfast for 8 persons and they have charged 600 SR for fir same. Very bad.
