Great, friendly hotel”

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We had a lovely friendly welcome and would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location, close to the town centre and also many pubs and restaurants in The Triangle. We have already booked another stay next week.

This was a very good hotel had issue with hot water which was rectified promptly .staff very friendly options ,cooked breakfast very good nice and hot will recommend to friends and family will stay there again .

Friendly and welcoming ”

Very good for the price I paid, very near to town,lots of free facilities, very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good.

Night out”

Chose the hotel as it was very convenient for the music venue we were visiting. Extremely friendly staff, small but comfortable room, nice breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel the staff where most helpful. this is s small hotel and we were made very welcome. room was small but very comfortable. would definatley stay again. highly recomended

It's okay, but a bit dated”

Arrived late and was welcomed. Lift access severely limited and security is old-fashioned (keys that they request are handed in when leaving premises to go out). No wifi in rooms. Dining food was okay. Hotel seemed to be catering to older visitors. I went to a nearby cafe (Flirt) which was a lot more lively. There is nothing really to complain about but apart from good service there is nothing to shout about either. Not bad for the price

Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast service excellent and fast. Very large room. Unfortunately there were noisy people in room next door, but staff did go and speak to them. Radiator valves were hanging off radiator in manin room and bathroom and there was black mould around windows. Sofa sagged very badly so put cushions under to support it and matress on bed poor.

Bed wasn't too comfortable but hotel was very clean. Unfortunately the hotel charged us on check out for our stay saying that our card was refused by agoda? Thankfully agoda customer services sorted this out for us and a refund was given by the hotel - no note of apology though which we found very disappointing.
