Awesome Stay”
The hotel property was among the best that we had a privilege of staying in. What made this experience among the best, was the staff. The friendliness, the support, the overall knowledge was the key. Of course there were probably opportunities there, but we did not notice because we felt welcomed and part of the family. It began with the cheerful personnel that helped us check in and created that first warm welcome, then extended with the professionalism of John, that helped us set up our bags in the room, and give us a great overview of the facilities and make sure that we were comfortable in our room. The workout facility was among the best that we have seen, complete with a boxing portion that my wife fell in love with, and never left every time we went to work out. Romar was fantastic, gave us a tour, and was always available if we needed anything.The food and beverage piece was among the best. The staff at the Pantry Cafe were impeccable, so sad to have to say goodbye to Eman, John (taho guy), and Edito after eight days. We had reached the point where they knew everything that we ever requested, and our visits were flawless and quite an event to look forward to each time. Food was expertly prepared, and flavorful. The housekeeping crew were very attentive, and available for any needs that came about, and our rooms were crisp, clean and well-stocked. and we definitely will be back to visit.

Almost perfect”
We were positively surprised when we entered the hotel because our taxi driver had warned us "it's an old hotel". Maybe it's true, but it has been very nicely renovated. We had booked a Club Premier room for 1 night; we were able to check in early and check out late; we were even allowed to used the facilities after check out because of late night flight schedule - very generous! The interior design of our room was very tasteful and the bed was highly comfortable. The service was outstanding! I was spoiled by a 90 min massage in the spa, which was absolutely relaxing. The whole spa is at a very high standard. The club lounge is almost incomparable: nice separate areas to sit, well designed, the food and drink offerings are really good. The reason I titled the review "almost perfect" is a disturbing experience during happy hour, when a regular female guest and her companion started to get very intimate in public, which we think is not appropriate for such a 5***** hotel.

Wonderful Staff at Dusit”
I highly recommend Dusit Thani, not just for their delicious food and clean hotel but because their staff are all 5 Stars when it comes to delivering perfect service. They are all very courteous and helpful. From the Front Desk/Reception to the Concierge, staff at the Pantry and Housekeeping, etc. Even the Valet parkers are all very friendly. My husband and I felt so welcome from check-in to check-out. I actually booked this for the first time because I wanted to treat my husband for his 60th birthday and make him feel special. Thank you Dusit Hotel staff for making us feel so special and made our stay so worth it, we wanted to even extend our stay :)

Always a Great Stay”
I booked 2 rooms for an overnight staycation with mum, sisters and kids!This is my 3rd time this year staying in Dusit and I must say that I really like it. We were allowed to check-in to our room a bit earlier than usual so I think that’s very considerate of the staff. I requested for adjoining or adjacent rooms but as there were no available rooms directly connected to each other they instead managed to give us rooms on the same wing and floor. The rooms at Dusit are not the most modern ones you can find compared to other 5* hotels in Metro Manila but it has that comfy vibe. It may however benefit more from refurbishment or total makeover. Another thing that I really like here is the fitness gym. Its huge and spacious and has all the things you need to do your workout! Breakfast at The Pantry was awesome with great selection, I just love having breakfast! The only downside here is that there is no elevator from the basement parking to the hotel lobby. So you either drop off your luggage first or carry them using the stairs up to the lobby. Also, I was just a bit disappointed with the bed in room 654 because its not that soft and at some point you can feel the spring. It might be an older bed but anyway, I still managed to get a good night sleep. Shall I book a stay here again? Hmm definitely!

Feb 8, 2020 is very special to me and my husband. We got married and had the wedding reception at the Dusit Makati. The elegance of the hotel lobby and the warm welcome from every staff made me and our hundred plus guest very special from the moment we checked in and checked out. The food at the restaurants and the food during the reception were delicious. The event coordinator, Ms Paula was very professional, accommodating and pleasant. Every staff we meet have smile on their faces . The Mayuree Grand Ballroom, the main lobby, and the spiral staircase looks elegant. I wish the famous tuk tok (small vehicle) is on the opposite side of the lobby. This display and the podium below the staircase took away some elegance from the staircase. The wedding package is of great deal and we really appreciate the special perks and gift. Thank to all the staff that’s been a part or had worked at the reception you know who you are! Well done! Out of all the hotels we have stayed in Makati area over the past few years, Dusit for me is the best. The room we had might be outdated but it’s still very pleasant with a great view which is better than most! their breakfast offers a wide selection of food which is brilliant, the pool area is really nice - I hope they expand the pool a bit though. The location is close to everything so its very convenient! More importantly, ALL of Dusit’s staff and I mean ALL is so professional and always smiling...their positivity is so contagious :) they do not discriminate specially to their own people unlike some of the 5star hotels in the area we have stayed in! Its just simply amazing! Dusit Thani - you have a great bunch of people! You should be proud! I stayed with my boyfriend for a night for 2 reasons, one is because of our annual company Christmas party to be held on the hotel’s ballroom area and another is for my boyfriend’s late birthday celebration. Everything went well. I requested for a cake for my boyfriend and it was delivered to our room with a greeting card. Tho the greeting card said my name instead 😅 also the receptionist asked whose birthday is it beforehand even though it’s supposed to be a surprise 😂 but all in all, it was a great stay! The room is clean and the staff were friendly.

I used to have my stays in Dusit as our company’s accommodation, We used to enjoy the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food are sumptuous and quality. Now reviewing the hotel for our stay during wedding anniversary this January 2022. The hotel’s staff are so accommodating esp the persom incharge in the reception (Mr. Uji). The peope/staff are friendly and modest. The room we stayed is big, clean and luxurious. (Club King). The layout and area of the room is functional where we were able to have good pictures at the same time. We enjoyed our stay and it made our anniversary extra special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had to book last December 2021 due to an emergency - booking was a breeze via Agoda and their staff is very professional. The ambiance and cleanliness of the place are a 10 for me. It's right next to malls and other establishments that made it easy to buy necessitates and or just a quick night out. I traveled alone at first, then had an issue and returned back to Dusit with my partner and she enjoyed our stay there as well. I had to purchase a lifestyle membership since I was so happy with their service and amenities. Will be back there again in February

Nice place to stay in Makati”
This hotel was my choice to spend my birthday in. I am so glad I stayed here. What I love about this hotel - Welcoming reception staff, centrally located, small fitness centre, large bathtub, 6 different tea options (I love my tea). Highlight of the trip - The breakfast! I have checked in in a lot of hotels in manila and i have tasted some delicious food in my lifetime, and their breakfast provided 5 star service with delish meal choices. It was great to stay at a nice hotel with great onsite meal choices :-) i spend my birthday at the hotel and they gave me a piece of cake. So awesome. What could improve - the aircon, maybe it's time to invest in a new aircondition as it is not cooling. But overall, it was awesome. I wilk definitely stay again when I get back.

Centrally located hotel”
This hotel is directly opposite good malls in makati. Waking distance to metro that takes you basically anywhere in manila. Two main things that I find need some updating-power points and bed. This hotel has abundant power point everywhere, however these are flimsy and I find myself always have to check if my phone is charging as it always loose the plug. Second is the bed, although it is huge it is hard to my liking. We stayed in a suite, it is generous in size and has a powder room which is a great touch especially if you have guests coming over as they wouldn’t have to access the main room if they need to go to the toilet. The living area and the master’s bedroom is separated by a sliding door and has a separate ac and tv. For buffet breakfast- they have “the pantry” which has an okay selection. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel and I would still stay here in the future.

High Quality Hotel”
Very impressed with Dusit Thani. We only stayed 1 night as had to visit a nearby Embassy and the rooms were spacious with a very comfortable bed and decent shower. Staff were great. The Thai restaurant is amazing but the Japanese restaurant was a HUGE disappointment. Do not bother going to UMU. The food was not good and only half the things on the menu were available. The Thai restaurant was better than a lot of food I have had in Thailand. I will be staying here again in future.

People say that the hotel is already quite old but we’re surprised when we reached our room, the floor is clean, the lights are working well, the sheets are clean, the paint on the walls are like new. The aircondition is also working well, the hot water is also working very well. We were also able to use the clothes iron. We requested a lot of water bottles that weren’t charged (other hotels do), had a lot of requests (we were two but the towel, robe, slippers, coffee cups were only for one) We ordered some outside food and the staff/guards were also helpful. For the room service, the pizza, fries, wings&rings were good and the dip was also yummy. Although take note that there are food that are not available to be eaten inside the room. The cons would be some of the sockets were quite loose and the bed is shaky, so if you are a light sleeper like me, small movements will disturb you. The steps of the people above us were sometimes disturbing as it was too heavy. Also, the breakfast buffet can be improved as on our first day, the hashbrowns and bacon were not that crispy/fresh, considering there were lights to keep it crispy (i think?) and they can add some other breakfast dishes. Above all, the city view was great, the staff were great and kind and very accommodating. Our stay at Dusit was great and would love to come back again. 🤍

We booked 2 twin premier rooms and its our first time to stay in this hotel. We are very satisfied and will definitely come back. The only thing thatI don’t like is how they gave you free wifi access. Just be careful on how you connect your internet because I got charge P1000 pesos which I thought it was free. Anyway, my kids loved the pool and the staff are very accomodating.

Staffs are super friendly, you feel welcomed and taken care of. the room is a good size and clean, the breakfast buffet is a must-try, it's better than las vegas breakfast buffet but good price; it got the most of the bread options. we didn't have luck on our pot coffee but the cappuccino and latte are good. it's my best experience in Manila.

Overnight stay on a Friday before my birthday, when we checked-out I got a cake and a bday card with a very warm bday greeting.. The staff are very warm and accomodating.. Excellent stay but...”
It’s my second time staying in the hotel this month. The first stay was excellent, booked 1 room for myself and later additional 2 rooms for my siblings and their kids. Rooms 621 and 622 can be joined via a door in the middle so it was great for the kids passing through one room to the other. Room 621 is very spacious as compared to 622 but both are very comfortable. The rooms were very nice. My room back then was in Room 626 which is the same with 622, just that you have the feeling of it being a little smaller than 622. Anyway, I was alone in that room so it wasnt really an issue. Now, back to this particular booking I stayed in Room 647 and I was a little disappointed of the room. The room, particularly the toilet needs some refurbishment; it gives you that feeling that the room is already ageing! There is also a door connecting it to Room 650 (if I’m not mistaken) and honestly you can hear the noise from the other room. Maybe its just this particular wing and floor of the hotel but I will still consider staying in Dusit anytime. Location is superb, staff are exceptional and food is great!

An International brand with international standards!”
I have been to several Dusit Thani Hotels here and abroad and I must say they really maintained the standards here in Makati. The structure may not be current from the facade but the interior is superb. The same Dusit-Feel internationally. Location wise, its near the Ayala malls so what else can you ask for. Im also impressed with the security in the entrance. Breakfast was really great! I appreciate that they injected a Filipino feel in the food selection. The staff are polite and helpful as well. And I got an upgrade with the best view of greens and concrete jungles. Kudos Dusit Manila!
