Escape from BKK”
We had a lovely one night escape from Bangkok staying in the Dusit Thani Pattaya. Booked adjoining rooms (one double and one twin) and the hotel obliged and upgraded us. We booked B&B on a very good deal due to the re-opening after Covid-19 shutdowns. The hotel is right on the beach with great views over the bay. The lagoon pool is lovely for relaxing around, swimming in and watching the ocean from and the Chaba pool was great for some early morning lengths. The gym looked well equipped too. The hotel was busy when we stayed but still didn't feel uncomfortablably busy and the staff managed really well with all the Covid-19 restrictions. I was impressed with the pool lifeguard who was really on the case with kids swimming out of their depth. Breakfast was good international quality. The beach and Pattaya were quiet and pretty at night but I expect this will be different when all the restaurants and bars along the beach re-open. For a short getaway on a good deal I would recommend.

Thumbs up for doing their best to survive in the economy”
They are considered relatively busy compared to other hotels but staff said pretty quiet on the weekdays. Booked Premium Seaview Club Toom but was upgraded to Grand Club Room. Stayed in club rooms before. This time they didn't have separate breakfast for club guests but 5:30 pm still have free flow wine cocktails and wine. Menu is much limited than before. This is understandable, though, as the rate went down quite significantly and they don't have too many guests to make it worth for them. Tourism business is really hurting and they are doing their best to provide the best service under the condition. Was on the government's We Travel Together stimulus package where gov subsidized 40% for hotel rate and food. But hotel staff was gracious and gave their 100% service mind. Still spotless cleanliness too despite not being as busy as before Covid time.

Dusit Thani Pattaya nice bedroom,great view, clean. Club service is good,reception is good, Club snacks little all day. Club breakfast very little food. Nothing special for Club Room. Especially female employees aged 22/7/2020 at 8:30 am. Show insulting verbs about us. We compare with Dusit Thani Hua Hin everything is very good. Club staff remember guests’ names precisely. All day food.Club room very good. Breakfast is very good with a separate room for special items. Dusit Thani Hua Hin cares for its guests. Club room over. Fantastic Hotel .... with amazing staff ”
i have to say from the second we walked into the hotel to a fresh uplifting aroma, beautiful decor and super staff, i and my party fell in love with the hotel. I have to say it is a breathe of fresh air in north Pattaya, away from the craziness the city of Pattaya is renowned for .... it’s a rarity to see staff so diligent and polite and they made our whole party feel welcome from start to finish. The food is excellent at the Dusit Thani with the fantastic buffet breakfast to die for and a great BBQ every Saturday. The swimming pools are clean and never over crowded. Overall it’s 10/10 from us. I would give you 11/10 but that is not possible. Tony

Excellent - every time”
We have been to the Dusit Thani Pattaya for many many years now. It is in an ideal location. The staff are wonderful. The food is really good - excellent breakfast. We always have a Club room and the staff are like family to us - nothing too much trouble. We have just returned from a 62 day holiday touring starting on 8 December 2018 returning 7 Feb 2019. We started off in Dusit Thani Pattaya then Koh Samet, Koh Chang, travelled all through Vietnam and Cambodia and for the last week in Dusit Thani Pattaya. Lovely warm welcome back from the staff - it was wonderful. You will not be disappointed if you stay at Dusit Thani Pattaya.

It was our first trip to Pattaya post lockdown and had a great stay here. They are taking all the required measures for COVID. The resort is having a beautiful interior with amazing atmosphere and it connects to sea beach. We loved the sunset timing as they have proper sunset point where you can relax and witness that awesome view. The food was so yummy with wide varities for breakfast and they offer great services by providing you proper sitting arrangements when there is rush. Room was so clean and services are good. Overall it's a great experience and will definitely stay here in future.

Wonderful stay”
The hotel is close to the bus stand. We got a room on the 7th floor, which was nice and clean. When the elevator opened, I was surprised to see such an amazing view. The staff were professional and well-trained. The beach near the hotel was peaceful and you could see the most beautiful sunset from there. You can also walk to the mall, Terminal21, which takes around 6-7 minutes to get food or take a minibus in front of the hotel to other places (10 baht). We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel though because it is a little bit too pricey (700 baht). Other than that, we loved everything!

The best for all. I think Room is renovated Because it doesn't look old . Room is cleaned. Staffs are the best. Breakfast is good. Facilities are good especially fitness at DFIT. There is plenty of Parking lot. Hotel is located in the best view of the bay . You can walk along the beach. Hotel is near good bakery shop and shopping mall just by walk. This hotel is suitable to Solo guest too. Feel safe and comfortable. Always be back to Dusit Thani Hotel.

Fantastic Value Coronavirus Special”
I haven't stayed at this hotel for over a year. Since I could get it at a special rate thanks to coronavirus, I couldn't pass up the opportunity. There weren't many guests, and most of them European. No worries about finding a sun lounger by the pool. The beach was unusually quiet for this time of year, too. They have upgraded the kids' playroom since I was last there, and my son was the only kid in there. I like this hotel for its excellent location, swimming pools and beach access, and it's impressive atrium and beach views.

Quiet luxury”
The Dusit staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. With few international tourists in Pattaya, now is the perfect time to stay during the week. You can have the beautiful pools and beach almost to yourself. All the guests were good about social distancing. The room, bed and facilities are extremely comfortable. There is nothing better than watching the sea all day. It is well worth the extra baht to book a room with a seaview. The buffet breakfast is delicious. Everything is kept spotless and everyone wears masks. Feeling very safe here.

I visited this hotel 3 times, 2 for private and 1 for business. Every time when I visited I was very happy and enjoyed. The location is close all famous destination and comfortable by walk. The room is very excellent and surprisingly the staff they up grade the room for us to bigger. Service room was very so kind to support us even if late at night. I would recommend this hotel for business, family trip or private.

Great Bangkok Getaway”
Although the decor is a bit dated, the property and facilities are super well-kept and clean. The service was always with a smile and attentive without being obnoxious. We booked a club room, which was well worth it with the club access and other perks. The breakfast was pretty amazing with a good variety to choose from and from what I could see they did a good job of keeping the food fresh and area clean.

Fantastic Amenities, Best Location”
The hotel is in an ideal location at the end of beach road, so it's a peaceful part of the beach to relax on, and at the end of the songthiew route where you can conveniently get a cheap ride down to Walking Street. The staff are competent, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I really like the swimming pools at this hotel, and how it opens out onto the beach.

It’s just one of the best places in Pattaya ”
The Dusit is one of the older hotels, but very very well maintained. There are some small improvements possible if you really look in detail, but that applies to all hotels in the world. The location of the hotel being directly on the beach and for driving by yourself is absolutely unbeaten for Pattaya. You can leave in all directions without making huge detours or driving through narrow streets with potholes. The staff at all positions is highly trained, polite and absolutely professional. The restaurants are certainly not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Missing the breakfast would be a shame. Our advice, always book with breakfast included. This is truly a 5-star hotel in all manners. The small things that could be improved are: - the showers at the lower pool could be better maintained. The water sprays in unwanted directions - the little shower at the beach to clean your feet from sand looks quite poor and you wouldn’t expect something like that from a Dusit. But these are very very little things that can be easily improved. We visited the Dusit Thani the second time and it remains next to Amari-Towers as No.1 on our hotel score list for Pattaya.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The room was luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was superior and had so much variety and choice and I really enjoyed the eggs Benedict. I really hope that I can stay there again in the near future. Room so clean. Very nice and helpful staffs. Perfect location. Stunning view right from your balcony both day and night. Nice sea breeze too. Swimming pools to die for. Excellent place to relax with family ”
Nice and peaceful place which stays close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in the club room, which is very nice, clean and lots more space(kids very much like it). Shame that it's a covid pandemic time, otherwise we'd enjoy a lot more activities of the hotel.

Best Hotel in Pattaya”
This is one of the best hotels in Pattaya in terms of location and amenities. It has several swimming pools, beach access, a restaurant overlooking the ocean. It is also a convenient location to catch a songthaew to go down beach road, or to get something you need from Terminal 21. Recently they aren't strict about the checkout time, and the welcome snack is some delicious chocolates (is used to just be an old piece of fruit or something like that). I have stayed in lots of different hotels in Pattaya, and this is one that I keep coming back to.

Grand Old Lady ”
Possibly not the most modern hotel in the area, but it’s location makes up for that! Magnificent views of the sea from rooms and pools. Sunset view to die for. Surrounded by beautiful gardens both inside and out. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so much variety including The best Pa Tong Go. The social distancing restrictions were well implemented and the breakfast staff managed to maintain their very efficient friendly service under very trying times. Wonderful swimming pools with helpful and friendly staff.

All Dusit Thani hotels throughout Thailand have an elegant vintage charm that few other hotels can match. As soon as you enter the lobby of these resorts you feel you are taken back decades to a more refined and peaceful Thailand to the days when Canals and Tuk-Tuks lined the streets. The staff are always polite and well trained and generally seem delighted to work there and help you with your needs. Rooms are large and well appointed. The resort like setting make it so that you never need to leave the hotel grounds your entire stay.
