I paid more because of Agoda”
The bathroom was so bad, you have to ask for cleaning. Also, Agoda paid me 480 SR/ day while the price at the reception was only 250 SR/ day. This is too much.

my staff's and I were stay there for 4 nights and the kitchen really dirty. During we were stay no one cleaning the rooms and you must rent a car if stay there. Will never back to stay there, bed's are like a rock, very hard

Good service apartment with basic amenities”
The service apartment has 2 rooms, a bed room and a living room cum kitchen (ideal for 2 people).The living room has a tv, a washing machine, a refrigerator and a sofa set Its a comfortable place and I enjoyed my stay here. The cons if I had to mention would be the small size of the bathroom but it was manageable. Also the staff struggled with english so communication was a bit of a problem. Overall a decent place offering value for money.

ذهبت إلى الفندق مع عائلتي وتفاجأت انهم يقولون لايوجد حجز وانا حاجز من موقع اجودا فأضطريت انتقل إلى فندق اخر وراح علي المبلغ اللي دفعته فلا انصح بالفندق ابداً

لا أنصح أبدا بالتعامل مع الفندق لوساخته حيث أن المخدات وأغطية الأسرة وسخة و كذلك الأرضيات وسخة والتعامل معهم غير مريح لعدم تعاونهم في الطلبات الأساسية .
سوء إستقبال من مو ظف الإستقبال مصري الجنسية ”
كان وصولنا متأخر حوالي 10 مساء، وقد كان حجزنا لشقتين غرفتين بكل شقة، تفاجأت برد من موظف الإستقبال ان الشقه الأخرى مؤجرة، وعلينا ان نسمن في شقة - غرفه واحدة. والسبب اني تأخرت. واذا مو عاجبك روح للي استاجرت منه!!

كنت حاجز غرفتين وصاله وأدق على الفندق قبلها بيومين عشان أأكد الحجز يرد علي الموظف يقولي مااعرف أقراء انجليزي بس أي حجز من الموقع يوصلنا أكيد، يوم وصلت أتفاجأ انه يقولي الفندق فل وحجزك ماوصلنا ولقيت شخص آخر حاجز من الموقع قالو له فل برضوا وحولونا على فندق ثاني بعيد عجزنا نوصل له وبعد ساعه تقريبا اتصل فينا الموظف المصري وقالنا ارجعوا فيه شقه فضت ورجعنا سكنت يوم واحدالشقه ضيقه والسرير قاسي جدا على الجسم والنظافه دون المستوى فيه حشرات وانتوا بكرامه في الغرف والمطبخ وسعرها في العيد أغلى من أسعار الشقق اللي أفضل منها بكثير
