Excellent. Must book club floor to visit the lounge, food is so great, afternoon tea is a surprise just like a BUFFET. Room is quite standard, those staffs was all so so so nice, very positive, make you so comfortable be here, the great attitude & all so friendly. This is such a great experience to be here, definitely will back for next BKK visit. The location is so great, just next to the BTS station. Easy access to anywhere. The swimming pool is so unique, but better go in early morning (with none or few people only), I first went there at late-afternoon, that's so crazily crowded into the pool & bar (restaurant & bar next to the pool), you wont be able to have a good pic unless in the morning. It can be a 5 stars hotel, I get what I want here, so enjoyable.

Enjoyable stay”
Spent our final night at the Eastin Sathorn before flying back to the UK. We chose the hotel because it was convenient for travel back to the airport and had good reviews. The hotel staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Our flight was not until the early hours. Having checked out at midday we were able to leave our luggage which gave us another full day in the city and we were able to return in the evening and use the pool and have a shower and get changed which was very welcome. For access to bars and restaurants it can sometimes feel overwhelming when your hotel is near busy roads (as are many in Bangkok) but Silom is really not that far away and was worth exploring. We found a lovely Vegan Restaurant called Bonita Café and Social Club for a final meal. Worth knowing is that the hotel have 2 Happy Hours in their pool bar and restaurant Blunos. We managed to catch the later one on our first night and this was good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for kids”
The staff welcomed us with all the useful equipment for our young kids (1 and 3 years old); toys, a baby bathtub, a baby pot, baby soap/shampoo. Not only the baby cot is free but also an extra bed for our 3 years old girl (free up to 6 years old apparently) and they both got free breakfast of course. The hotel room and facilities were very clean. The hotel is directly connected to the BTS station which makes taking transportation very easy. The pool is beautiful and clean. The kids love it. Will not hesitate a second to go back there again for our next trip in Bangkok.

Great hotel and room facilities, well located”
The hotel is just right next to the subway station. It even has his direct entry to it. That's perfect if you want to go to the river area, take the subway for only two stops and then walk to the public pier. There you will find several shuttle services to ICONSIAM, Asiatique, and others. Quite convenient. Breakfast was also awesome and the personnel has 10 stars for their kindness and service orientation. The rooms are super clean, very comfortable and almost brand new.

My parents stayed over to attend a wedding at Eastin. They got the deluxe room with the view of Mahanakohn building. The room is quite spacious esp the bathroom with the bath tub and the view. The hotel is very clean. The location is in downtown Bangkok and close to everything. There's also a skytrain station connected to the hotel. Highly recommend.

My second time staying here”
I stayed in this hotel few years ago. I liked it a lot so I chose it again. Directly connected to BTS station. Great for rainy days. The infinity pool is also great but a bit small. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Variety of tasty food. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. Takes 10-15 min train to city center but still acceptable. Will definitely recommend.

Great hotel in central Bangkok ”
Great location right by the station and a short walk from the river. If you’re looking for a lux hotel without breaking the bank this is a great option. Comfortable rooms, great pool (but it’s almost always in the shade) and poolside restaurant that wasn’t too busy even in high season and very helpful and professional staff. It’s a great hotel to be your base to explore Bangkok but if you’re looking for a hotel that you can spend most of your time into and laying by the pool all day then you might need to look for something bigger that’s more like a resort. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would definitely go back, thanks to all the staff at the Eastin for their help.

I have no words to explain how much we enjoyed. The staff were the most nicest persons I've met with their smile every morning :) The cleaning was amazing and twice a day. The happy hour in the executive lounge was above the expected. We took the Executive Superior Sky room in the highest floors with the executive lounge in the 32' floor and it was worth every baht.

We love our stay at Eastin Grand Hotel. Our stay was short but sweet. The whole hotel is very clean, and is conveniently located next to the BTS. The staff are friendly, helpful and made our stay relaxed after missing our flight. The food choices are awesome and the fresh juices are to die for. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Thailand and hopefully longer.

Stayed with my daughter for four days at the Eastin Grand Hotel, the fourth time in Bangkok, but the first in Sathorn area. Very good connection to BTS (perfect with bridge directly from Hotel to the station) and ferry Chao Phraya to oldtown Bangkok or free connection to IconSiam. Hotel staff is extremly polite and helpful. Breakfast is extensive, nice pool area and gym with view ob Bangkok streetlife… We loved it and come back, that‘s for sure! If you stay here, also check out the Streetfood Court Laab Ubon right at the next corner!!!! Very local and open till 3 am.

The main pros is about booking 3 nights in a very special good deal in agoda (seem less than half price for normal), everything of the hotel is nice, relax pool but just always full of people, room clean and comfy, staff polite, the only cons maybe about waiting the lift for little longer sometimes as many guests

We enjoyed so much our stay. The room was spacious, brand new and with an amazing view of the city. Staff is super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is awesome! And so is the infinity pool with a view ;) There is a direct link with the BTS which is super convenient in Bangkok. We tried a massage at the spa and we loved it. Definitely will come back!

good location. it is linked directly to the BTS station. its breakfast buffet is good with a variety of delicious food. I booked a room with bathtub and free access to executive lounge. the buffet offered during 5.30pm to 7.30pm is good which includes cocktail drinks. the room with bathtub is spacious with good streetview, which is highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our room which was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast, which was included in our room rate, was first rate. It featured a large selection of foods to choose from including both western and Asian. We visited the pool area everyday and took advantage of the generous happy hour offerings. The infinity pool is quite unique being located on the upper floor overlooking Bangkok. It’s a nice respite after a day of touring. I like the fact that the hotel is connected to a Skytrain station, which makes it easy to get around the city and avoid the street traffic.

Beautiful views of the city, awesome infinity pool, and conveniently located next to a skytrain stop. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was lovely. Transport from the airport to the hotel was great for someone just arriving in Bangkok, but we returned via skytrain once we were more confident and it was much cheaper.
