Lovely stay at Eastwood Hall. Room was great and spacious. Bit disappointed about breakfast, a buffet style and unfortunately it was cold . It had been standing there for a while,

Awful staff”
Totally uninterested staff, not helpful at all. We arrived at 12:30 am with 2 month old daughter. Gave us a room that was a 10min walk away. No help with luggage when they could see us struggling. Didn’t even suggest that we could use a trolley. Woke up next morning to find that they could have opened another route to our room which could have taken 2mins. Disgraceful! Rooms also dated and beds uncomfortable.

ROOM WAS GOOD BUT COULD DO WITH BETTER DUSTING, PICTURES FRAMES ,SKIRTING BOARDS VERY DUSTY.BED AND SHOWER AREAS WERE VERY CLEAN .

Great Staff but beware if you are booking with children”
Great Hotel, Great Staff especially John on reception and the deputy Manager. If you book this hotel and have kids under 14 you will not be able to use the swimming pool after 5 pm. The Health Club Staff are jobsworths and will cause inconvenience and disappointment to your kids if you expect to use this advertised facility after 5. As you can see I have given this hotel an excellent rating so don't let this put you off booking. By the way, we did use the pool but only after the intervention of Deputy Manager , if you are reading this....Thanks !

My stay at Eastwood Hall was excellent with staff extremely helpful and must say the gentleman on reception was singing to himself alongside the background Christmas songs with a very good voice - well done For the time I ever had a spa and decided to use the facilities it was wonderful experience and thank you to all staff

Don't go here to sleep!”
Just back from weekend at Eastwood hall, have to say it was very noisy, we didn't sleep the 2 nights because of the noise of other guests, got to sleep at 5am on Friday and 4am on Saturday. That's ok if your 20 and joining in the celebrations but I'm not and came here to relax and take it easy. The room (104) was lovely, breakfast was super, staff lovely and friendly, lovely grounds lovely, location just a short walk into Eastwood with good bus service into Nottingham, just the noise let it down, shame as don't think we would stay here again because of it

In general, it is an average 3 star hotel level hotel. I cannot really give 4 star and cant still believe how this is 4 star hotel. Comfort respective, it is really below average. -Internet: you have to register every 30mns. -Access: not easy, elevator was out of order just like last time whe I visited. The corridor is not easy to roll your suitcase as it is covered with dirty carpet. Breakfast: not sure whether is is complimentory. when I booked, I booked a fare with breakfast included with extra fare but my colleague who booked only the room with cheaper fare also had the breakfast without paying additional. Room again features very old and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom.

Not bad but could use some remodeling ”
It boasts its resort looking appearance with small lanches at the entrance. However, the rooms are quite old and not modern at all. All the furnishings, beddings, floor(carpetted) or door and bathroom give you old and boring feeling. Actually the rooms smelled old and I had to line the blanket with a towel. Corridor also not meant to make your life easier with a carrier. Service wise: Response time too long, lack of timely reaction. Asked for an adaptor, they said they would send it right away, waited 1 hour, called them back, said they dont have it anymore. Could have called me right away to inform me of that instead of making me awaited for 1 hour. But it will be a nice stay for those who looking for cozy stay in green.

A comfortable hotel with friendly staff”
A warm and friendly welcome at Reception with information about the rear car park which saved us carrying luggage through the hotel - rooms are set out over a large area. The room itself was very clean and nicely furnished with good facilities.Breakfast was very good with friendly staff and an excellent choice of menu.We spent two comfortable nights there and will return in the future.
