Friendly cheap budget hostel”

When we arrived We were greeted by the owner uncle moi who then sat down with us and offered free tea and coffee. He was very friendly and funny, great start to the stay. He let us know about all the tours that can be booked through them, but didn't feel under any pressure to do anything. Although we straight away opted for canyoning which turned out to be a great day and brilliant value for money! Hostel itself is very basic but is clean, quiet, and has a good free breakfast to get you going. Location is good, you can walk anywhere in Dalat, cheap restaurant is right next door if you're feeling lazy. For the really cheap price and friendly staff would stay again!

When I arrived at almost 2 hrs prior to check in, there was no one at the reception.I waited for 30mins before a non English speaking staff arrived.He checked me in and I asked(thru google translations app) for bike rental which promptly came. Wifi password was written on the wall, but because there was no proper checked in, I had to try a few domains as it was registered under "Dalat Backpackers". At 2.30pm I wanted to go around town on my rental bike..but there was no one for me to feedback that my door could not be locked.I packed my important stuff and just left the room unlocked as it is.Later that evening, I was told I was given the wrong key to the room. At 5pm, I returned..all my belongings were still there.That is how safe this place is. Also the toilet is outside the dorm,as well as private rooms..so you better get used to the tactic of closing the door as the latch is quite faulty. The towels resembles bath mats so its best to bring your own bath towels if you are one who like to dry your whole body after showering. To ensure better experience, I would suggest that you email/call the hostel to ensure your presence are welcomed instead of wondering if you arrive at an abandon hostel. Still, for the price I pay, I do find it still ok.Too safe to be true,actually.

Best hostel for the price ”

First of all- you get what you pay for. It's a very basic room with a small tv and a balcony. No fan no ac, no frills. Shares bathroom. In a very quiet location but walking distance to everything. Missun (not sure how to spell it) is AMAZING! She makes you breakfast and coffee every morning. You can use anything in the kitchen you want, another couple bought fresh seafood and made a feast one night. She makes you feel so at home. She is the nicest and most sincere hotel manager we've encountered in 4 months travel. We planned to stay for one night and stayed 4. Miss it already!

For a hostel, this was an okay stay. The staff were helpful when they were around, but most of the time they were nowhere to be found. Our reservation also included a breakfast, which we did not receive because the staff were not present either of the mornings we were there. That being said, the location made up for the problems with the hostel itself, as it was very close to a bustling part of Dalat. Overall, the neighborhood was great, but this hostel is nothing memorable.

So far the worst experience I had after 2 months travelling in Vietnam. We hate to leave negative comments but this time it's necessary. We booked this last minute so it really was our only option. The location is good, it's in a quiet street but really near the market/restaurants. The bed was firm but comfortable (minus the unwashed sheets, we found chewing-gum on them!). Everything else was terrible. The building really needs some renovation as everything is falling apart. The bedroom door doesn't lock properly, shower is mouldy and smelly. We didn't even have a functioning light in our room for the 3 nights we booked despite telling the receptionist! Regarding cleanliness, it wasn't great, the whole building smells like damp and mould. To finalise my bad experience, they tried to charge me per person in the double room rather than the price for the room as stated on agoda. It took so long for the receptionist to agree with the agoda price that we nearly missed our bus.The comments bellow say that the staff make up for the bad parts of the hostel but for me, a smile when you pass by doesn't make up for everything else. Not worth it for what you're paying. Spend a $ more and go somewhere else.

to be honest, it's not very clean... but the staff was incredibly kind. We forgot our camera charger and the guy followed our bus by motorbike in order to give it back to us!!! they were pearls.

Nous avions réservé une chambre double avec douche, la douche était finalement commune avec 2 autres dortoirs Nous avions prévenu de l'heure à laquelle nous quittions l'hôtel pour le petit déjeuner (inclus), malheureusement il nous a proposé le petit dej qu'à l'heure ou notre bus était sensé nous prendre. Le personnel de l'accueil ne parle pas anglais mais il est cependant très courtois et tente de nous arranger au mieux.

Das Zimmer war sehr standardmäßig eingerichtet, es hab aber einen Balkon und eine Möglichkeit seine Wäsche von Hand zu waschen und rauszuhängen. Sehr positiv zu bewerten ist das Angebot von freiem Tee und Kaffee! Das Personal bemüht sich sehr eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu schaffen und nimmt sich Zeit zum quatschten. Hier ist jedoch zu bemängeln, dass sie uns unbedingt eine mehrtägige Tour andrehen wollen... Anscheinend sollen die Easyrider Touren echt super sein, aber wenn man nein sagt, dann sollte man es sein lassen ;-) Aber an sich echt zu empfehlen!

유명한 쌀국수+빵집이 바로 옆에있구요 달랏시장가깝고 처음에 신투어에서 내려서는 한참 돌아왔는데 달랏시장위쪽으로해서 오면 그나마 가까워요 신투어에서는멈. 조식도 챙겨주고 캐녀닝연결해주고 괜찮았어요
