We had read a few scathing reviews, though I'm not sure where they were staying. We paid £30 for the two of us for a night, so expected little. The entrance is clean, tidy, posters up but eye-level, secured to the wall well, covid information clear but not thrust at you.; floors and walls clean; reception desk tidy and clearly organised. Basics, yes, but how many places can't even get that right? First impressions were of somewhere well looked after. Staff - a young Irish girl pm when we arrived; two ladies when we checked out - were nice. The room is very tight, though the space is well thought out. The bed and pillows are a little soft, but the whole was clean; TV on the wall with remote; a nice wee folded towel display on the bed - seems like a tiny thing, but for that price, you'd have expected nothing, so it stood out. The shower is brilliant - nearly blows your head off. There are areas where it could have been found wanting - for example, the shower-cum-toilet is like an oversized plane or train toilet, yet the floor in the shower isn't smooth, so not slippery as so many are, even in upmarket hotels - deathtraps; this wasn't at all. Also, if the shower room door had been badly planned, you'd expect to exit the shower room to a puddle on the bedroom floor - it was bone dry. One large and one small towel for us both, but we were fine with that, and they were large enough. There's no coffee or tea and no toiletries. We knew that, so took our own. We had a room with a window - I had booked one without (it was all there was when I booked) so I speculatively asked when we arrived if one with a window was available - the lady gave us one and said she wouldn't charge us since the difference if we had booked a window originally was minimal. The window didn't open, but that was fine. There were sockets above the small radiator and by the bedsides, just above the floor. Be aware, there is no shelf space whatever. Don t usually do reviews but hotel and staff deserve better than moaning minnies who rather complain online than actually go to reception and let them help you, also it's a budget hotel and not the Hilton across the road,you get what you pay for and this hotel is well worth the money we paid for our 3 nights , keep up the excellent work

Exceptional vfm if you are looking for a convenient city centre bed for the night. Easy to locate, modern, secure, very clean, comfortable bed, en-suite with powerful shower & plenty hot water. I only stayed one night but will definitely use them again. A beautiful bathroom with separate shower. Bed was comfortable and a good size telly. The only thing that took me a while to get used to is that my room was situated close to the door leading to reception so that every time someone used that door is sounded as if they were entering my room however once I fell asleep it was a sound sleep.

Myself and my wife was very pleased with our two night stay at this Hotel. Great price. good value . Great location. Cafe below , Chippy across the road. Bar close. Great staff. we were on first floor. being elderly the lift was real handy. Our room was small, however we managed fine , Shower room was great. plenty hot water. nice Tv. We are from the Highlands . And plan going back to Glasgow again very soon. and yes back to EasyHotel. 5 out of 5 to them.

The hotel is only an 8-10 minute walk from Buchanan station which is really central to Sauchiehall Street and the city centre. The hotel is simple in style but for a short stay if you are looking for a clean and very reasonably place to stay, this is your place.

I stayed two nights and the location is 2 minutes from the city centre, the room was really clean and the staff were very helpful. It is basic and the only thing that is missing is a bed side locker or small table beside the bed.

While rooms are basic, they have all one needs for an overnight stay. Beds are very comfortable and towels provided. Only thing I miss is a second pillow. Room temperature was better this time, but if cold, a phone call to reception usually works. The temperature is centrally controlled.
