Best budget hotel ive stayed in”
There are some slight downsides but overall this place is fantastic. The rooms are very spacious and bright. Nice AC. the wifi works pretty well (I wouldn't rely on it for a work video chat, but it basically works) The pool is fantastic and nobody seems to ever use it (maybe we just got lucky) but it felt like a private pool. Great breakfast - generally an asian style buffet more than the western looking one in the photos but very tasty all the same. The location is fantastic. It took us three days just to leave the street because there are so many great food and drink options. Everything from cheap local warnings to Italian, Mexican and burgers right on the street. Also the ice cream place down the road is incredible! The only real downside is that (at least in the economy rooms) there is no soundproofing at all so you hear absolutely everything going on around you. So you're sort of at the mercy of your neighbours as to how much sleep you can get if that's the sort of thing that bothers you. The interconnecting door between you and the room next to you makes it feel like you're in the same room a lot of the time. But for such a bargain price, that's something I can happily put up with Overall, fantastic option for visiting Jogja and I wouldn't think twice before booking it again if I return

Everything ok except...”
For us this location very convenient. Around here have convenience store, laundry & street food. The famous tempo gelato just walk 5 min can arrive. We went to malioboro stree just take around 15min by motor . I recommend you to rent the motor ,can go anyplace you want . This hotel breakfast so far OK..The staff very nice . Room very big 👍 But only the room air-conditioning very weak . I can't feel the air con cold wind🤣

My best friend and I decided to stay in Jogja for the weekend. We chose this hotel because of the location, as it was close to touristy bars and restaurants. We did not expect much for the price we paid, but when we got there, we were blown away by the size of the room and how clean it was! It had all the aminities any five star hotel would have. We even had our own generously sized balcony. Breakfast was good, and we would love to take a dip in the swimming pool if only it wasn't raining. Overall, we had an amazing experience! Would definitely re-book.

Booked an executive room and you have it on 1st floor with the direct access to the pool. You have a small balcon to enjoy the pool view. Good location near Aglioo and Tempo gelato. The room is clean and really enjoy staying here. The staffs are also friendly

The room was clean, aircon cool, staffs were very good, strategic location, the breakfast taste was 7.5 of 10. I was stayed in executive king bed room with pool view (best deal!). The only short was clogged sink pipe but bearable. Definitely will repurchase for staying at this hotel again next time. Thank you.

Its a nice low price hotel with sufficient facilities to enjoy. I love the small pool and the room size is quite spacious as well. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, bars, convinience store and loundry. Overall it was a good value of money.

The room is quite spacious. The location is good because It's just in front of Tempo Gelato. The facilities are ok. The swimming pool is clean and big. However, the hotel management should pay more attention to the condition of the bed covers and bed sheets that are worn out.

Very friendly staff at the door, reception and in the restaurant. Large room at ground floor with terras and direct access to the pool; good shower, comfortable soft bed (with old torn sheets.....). Airco working very well and quiet. Mainly Western breakfast buffet with a wide choice; eggs and noodle dishes made to order; good start to the day. In all a great choice with tourist services, shops, bars and restaurants in and around the street the hotel is on (Prawirotaman area).
